See it's Christmas holidays! I cashed out my money and now I'm broke... looking at all these goodies. There are tons more make-ups and tons that are must haves.

I can't show you what I've seen but I cant describe it to the best of my ability.

Here are the make up selections I have.

I love the lips of her skins! That is what caught my attention and fueled my love for these skins. Now I have a really pouty mouth for some reason so please, it's not the skin. I like pouty baby faces I guess. I love the way how the lips have a soft supple lip gloss looking feel to it. I adore the faded areas because it looks like some of the colour has smudged off or faded. It's got a real natural feel to it. I love the little wrinkled lines on the lips. They pretty subtle but it's still a great plus on this skin. I adore the under eye creases. I think it adds a little realistic-ness to the skin. On some of her skins you see there are moles/beauty marks and some have a little bit of freckles. I really like the way she did it. It's not the typical placement. They pretty much placed in a natural setting. It's great to find a skin like Toast and Nylons because they're not repetitive like some other skins I've seen. I adore her brows. I find them thick enough to look like a hefty brow line but at the same time it's normal looking. It's not too bold, like a unibrow and it isn't too thin to be drawn on.

Toast skins have always had a soft smooth look to their body's. She does add some detail in the important parts. No not the nipples or the vage. The back side, where the lower back is. It always has these soft creases that look very appealing to my eye. I love the smooth look of the belly on this skin. I really like how it compliments my figure but at the same time leaves me looking a little on the meaty side? Does that sound bad? Like it makes me look thin, but shaped like a woman? Get it now? I'm not to sure how to explain it but lets say like Jessica Alba's body. She has a beautiful stomach and a nice rump behind and lovely lush legs! That is what I'm talking about! It's not all about muscle muscle, skinny minny and toned legs! We need some diversity in our skins here people!

Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed reading my review. The skins are to die for. I love every inch of my avatar now. I have a different look and I don't feel like everyone else in this skin. It's something you expect from Toast Bard. unique, stylish and beautiful.
Toast has 6 Different skin tones from you to choose from. I've worn her pale - darkest skin tones. I loved them all. Like I said, each skin really does give you this unique look. You must go to Horst and check out her demos.

Hmm... I dont know what I was feeling today when I got dressed. I guess I just like colours? My colours today are yellow and a mauve purple.

I wore Ty zvezda's mini skirt and flats, which I'm totally in love with their store. It's so funny because when I was checking out the owner, Alan Edison! I use to be old friends with him. Alan introduced me actually to Aden. How funny is that? Ooooh Second Life. How we loose connections with old past and see them down the road. Even though Second Life holds 98098453p94 players, I still run into old friends. Great Job Alan on your store, it looks beautiful. I also wore some leggings by Liberty Shinn, I thank you for sending me to review. I love how she went with the front being a diamond cut sheer cutout. It's bold and very different. I'm very much in love with DP, Yumyums eyes. They make my face pop because they're like glass! So glossy. Glossy eyeballs, yum. Anyways, back to clothes. I'm wear Niniko's Cape coat, in yellow. I thought the bright yellow of this coat is another bold statement, the sculpted prims are wonderful and drape to my body in a natural tone. I adore the little bow on the front. I wore ETD's old classic hair do, Chel! I love this little do, it's very cute. The whole little bands wraped around and the wispy bits! The skin I am wearing is by Romi! Digging it! As always.
I found a very Lady Gaga item! Teacups by TOSL. I love love it!! Ching ching, sip sip. "I killed my boyfriend" click.

My father is a millwright. I remember every time this year he was always gone because he had to work in smaller towns. Thunder Bay has been pretty crappy to our saw mill workers for the past seven years. I remember his tools, his helmet, the smell of his work bag and his steel toe boots. I remember he use to work so hard so we could have the best Christmas ever. It pains me to say that he won’t be coming home this Christmas because he had surgery. I’ve been thinking about him a lot and this little post is inspired by him. A long time ago I purchased this awesome themed tool set. It came with the blow torch, the awesome face cover (sparks in the eye isn’t good ya know?) and the nifty tool belt. The great Noam Sprocket made this wonderful set. I use to play all the time with my dads’ tools. I use pretend to be a millwright myself. Sparking it with that little tool and stuff. It was fun.

This is a fashion blog right? Well then, I wore my beautiful boots from Yumyum! I love the plaid texture on the side, the little sculpted buckles and the rubber part of the base. Both my shirt and overalls are by Doppleganger. I received the overall as a review and the shirts I bought from 50L Friday! I love them both, very comfy looking and adorable. I’m wearing Reeks new scarf and mittens. I love the prims textures, all of it. He’s so talented! The hair is by the wonderful and talented and happy to call my friend Autumn <3 of Tiny Bird! She’s such a doll face and her hair really represents who she is and her personality. Hence this beautifully sculpted hair! I love the bow on the top, it’s unique because it’s not the typical “Lady Gaga” bow, and it’s the big wispy bow with cute side bangs on the face. I admire all the little strands of hair that are placed around the bow.

REEEEEKKK MITTEN AHH!!

So last night Reek sent me the most bad ass mitts in all of sl. I love the knitted texture, I love the little sculpted button and the flipped upper side of half a mitt and I love that their smoker mitts. I don't know if anyone else has tried this before and accomplished it this well. This meets will be forever timeless just because of the quality of his mittens. Thank you Reek for sharing your goods with me. They're awesome! I was so excited and grateful to have them! They're beautiful and come in tons of colours! Then I had to blog them so I couldn't decide to wear because they're mitts, you can wear them with anything. I wore Aoharu's New knitted Nordic coat. Us Canadians can bear the cold so I kept the look simple, even though in my picture I'm sledding in snow which would be freezing in this outfit, but it's Second Life. Take it easy :P. I'm in love the coat, the textures are suburb! I love her sculpts, she never fails to make sculpted or prim pieces look so real and no awkward. I wore Artilleri's old high waisted denim short. They're adorable and perfect. The right denim texture, seams are impeccable. I love the height she made the waist part at too. The come with sculpted prim cuffs for the rolled denim bottom part. I wore Twosomes tights and socks. Loving the knitted print on them. Then Ohmai's starlust trash hunt gift! The hair is by Clawtooth. I love it, so cute. The boots I got at the Foot expo 09. Hurry hurry and get them! Tons of adorable colours and I love the pattern on them.

The lady in the blue coat. Tis me! It is. I love the new jackets by Emery. I don't know if its the bold leather colour? Is it the pretty studded collar that adds a little touch of attitude? or is it just the short style? I'm not sure but I love it all. The best part of it is the popped collar. I like high collars. Makes me feel like I'm a T-Bird. I guess that's why I also wore Lamb's new hair. It looked like a slick high topped mohawk. Pretty sure I wear my hair like this all the time. :/ I like height. Also I bought a bump it so it makes my little fohawks like beautiful. I wore BOOM's seaman pants. Which are ridiculously flared but that's the beauty of these pants. I know in highschool I was a big time snowboard/tom-boy/American Eagle gal. Then as the years went by I grew more sytlish. I was so laid back in those days and I use to wear tight at the hips jeans, baggy at the ankles. These pants remind me of them so I wanted to sport them. The necklace is so old I had to blow my pixel dust off of them. They're by paper couture. I love their jelewery. The bag is from Ys&Ys. The magazine inside the bag brought down my look from overly dressed with massive flared jeans to just casual. I like it. The plain tank top is from Ohmai. I thank you for giving it away at the trash hunt on starlust <3

The snow is here, the ground is officially covered. The streets are salted and now we can all fear for our suede boots and the harsh reaction when water and salt mixes.
I need new boots irl, can't decided. I want the knitted uggs, but then whats the purpose of those boots? Is it lambs wool, how will it keep my feet warm and dry in -20 degree weather? I'm trying to find knock off uggs, because there's no way I'm going to pay 200+ for a pair of boots I only wear when the snows really deep. No way.
It's stressful this year. I bought my boyfriend his Christmas gift and it sure dug a deep hole in my pocket. I am happy to say this is the first outing ( on Christmas shopping) that someone was kind enough to sit there and tell all the cons and pros of the things I needed. Most places they're like LE SIGH!!!

I had a different look for this post but honestly... I didn't really like it. I like this look more. It's for sure not winter weather wearing but let's just pretend we don't care about that. My look for today was based all around the Lena Jacket by Lelutka. I loved it when I first bought it but seem to tuck it away with the rest of my clothing.

I loved the big prim shoulder pads, that was very high fashion/gaga to me. The small prim belt around the waist with the cute little knot was a plus. I like the little things like that. Plus if you ever watch any fashion guide or what to wear shows; they always say blazers/coats/blouses like this are very flattering because they pull your waist in. I myself love to look curvy and like a woman. Seeing how my body straight is stick thin and straight as a board, I like the enhance the features I don't have. *Curses the Asian genes* Now. I added this simple but adorable skirt by Niniko! I love that store and everything in it. They have such a great style. I loved the flow of the skirt. It is a bit awkward because it is sculpted/flexy skirt. It's kinda of a mix, but the sculpt part of the skirt is a little to long and wide that it's... you know, a bag lady skirt. So I do warn those who don't like that look beware. I like it though, I love skirts like this irl, I wear them all the time in the summer. It's great, the length is perfect for a winter look though. I was going to wear leggings but I haven't worn my new Slink Ballet slippers yet. This is my chance and I thought it looked great with the outfit. I don't know the skirt was so flowey and poofy I had to put the slippers on. They're pretty much the best in sl. The hair is from truths update group. I thank him for giving us all such a lovely gift. The bangle on the left is from Zaara, love them, very talented designer. The one on the right I found in starlust a long long time ago. They're by Quinlan Quimby. I love it because the lace isn't lace at all, it's like a newspaper print. Its really unique and it feels like an antique for me. That glasses are from paper couture. I love love love, them. They remind me of the little designer lady from the Incredibles. The only reason I love that movie. That's it guys!! I'm done, so tired and baby's wanting to go outside. LE SIGH! THE COLD, but I am happy for the snow.

Pretty sure I need to do my laundry, anyone want to do it for me. I'll FedEx it to you because I really don't want to do it. I just hate going to a laundry mat with Hayden. It's such a hassle. I wish I had a laundry facility here and when I went to do our clothes people didn't call my baby a monkey baby because I used all three washing machines at 8am. :D

For my look tonight! It's all about Milk Motion and Maries wonderful new blazers. I know I keep blogging them but honestly, how can you not love them? I love everything about this jacket. From the collar to the little buttons. I have so much fine dressing around this jacket. I'm wearing a different version of her blazer. It's the nude base coat with leopard sequins. This time the sequins are pink/black/white colour shceme. I love it. Very 80's looking. I wore Fashionably Dead's leggings. The cute crazy crimped style hair-do is by Truth. It's called Grace and I thought it suited this look perfectly because if it's little curls. I bought LAQ's skin Jewel. It's hard to find cute black girl skins and this is on in my books. I love LAQ's dark tone skins because they're a nice shade, like Naughty's old skins. They're a good buy. I'm wear Paper Coutures earrings. I love the prim work on these. They're very elegant and vintage looking which is great with an outfit. You need that 'something old' look even if you're not a bride. I couldn't help but wear some pearls with the outfit. I'm a big fan of layering clothing so I would some drapped layered pearls by Atelier AM. I couldn't think of something under the jacket to wear so I just kept it simple with Luck inc's tank dress. I thought it was perfect seeing how the leggings, earrings and jacket are very bold! The cute handbag is by Barerose!

So I took a little break from blogging. I was busy with learning maya and downloading it and installing it! With a baby on my hip, running my store and shopping (irl and SL). I just want to voice a fact here. I hate Christmas shopping, I really do.

I have three looks for the three days I’ve pretty much missed! I got to play catch up now. I had a hard time with finding stuff to wear too, so I just recapped what I wore in SL.

The first look is basically all the wonderful items I got from 50L Fridays! Thanks again to all the great designers/creators who gave out this awesome gifts! It was a wonderful Black Friday for me (the Canadian).
I wore this awesome tweed looking jacket from Fishy Strawberry, I know it’s been blogged a ton so let’s not go into detail about how great it is because I’m sure you all have it and already know. I wore this wonderful skirt from Beatle Bones, but it’s really a dress! It has a cute sculpted top, it’s really adorable but I thought it would go great with the jacket. I love the little dots around the skirt. She did an awesome job on it because even the prims flow great with my av. I’m wearing BF’s crochet leggings. Love them. I went early to Emma’s store because I needed!!!! The boots. They’re freaking so cute and great for Christmas or just even the winter time. The colours are great or I should say the theme. She should make more colours of these knitted pattern socks on top of the boots. I’m wearing MANNA’s side bag version of her Hepburn purse. The hat comes with the hair that is made by the wonderful Toast Bard. That’s it for this look. I thought it looked pretty vintage reporter so I added this pen by Scribble! It’s really well done; it looks like a ball point pen form BIC. Tres good!

My second look is sort of an evening look. The featured new item is by Milk Motion. Marie really out does herself when it comes to clothing. Everything she makes is really unique in her own style because it’s something we would see every day in SL. It’s not though, she added on the collar and cuffs of this jacket sequins, leopard and a lighter sequins style fabric. Or you can just wear the all back version cuffs with the different pattern collar. It’s really great to have those options because it keeps your look fresh. The sculpted prims are really neat. Tricky to fit to your avatar but again what sculpt isn’t? I wore Lamb’s Stargaze hair because it came with my favourite hat. I wish I could find one irl. My stupid small town! I’m wearing something TRULY SO OLD! That it should be worth 903848L because if it was irl, this designer hand bad is SO OLD! It would be worth thousands right? It’s Paper Couture, le sac! It’s really old but I remember I wore it all the time, because of the style of it. The prims are old fashion but come on, it’s cute! I wish more designers would make this style but in sculpts. I’m wearing Sheer’s nylons, semi opaque. The skirt is new from Emery. I love the bold print. When you’re going highwasited it’s best to be bold! It just is. An unwritten rule in the fashion world I say. The shirt underneath is by Pig. Love the sexy unbutton/stretched out look on the opening of the shirt. It’s a low cut neckline which is tres yummy. I finally found a leather strap looking bracelet, which I wear, all the time irl. It’s braided though. So I’m pretty happy to wear one in SL now. It’s from bare rose! Bare rose is serious a diamond in the ruff! Everyone needs to check that place out! Because they have so many goodies in their outfits! Love that store, a dollar really stretches there.

My third look is what I’m wearing today really. I didn’t know what to wear today. I kind of threw on whatever I could find and thought was cute looking. I went with the dress from Kisskiss. It’s kind of old to me now, it’s been in my inventory for a month now but I haven’t really worn it. I love the lace around the top and the all the way to the neck collar. I’m really digging the scrunched look of the rest of the dress. I was looking for a coat and found COCO’s old Tuxedo Jacket which I have in gray; she also has a black version. I really love gray, it’s my new black kind of. I love the bow around the waist and all the other sculpts on this jacket. The only thing I hate is the shoulder pads; I don’t know how to get them to fit on my avatar. You might have trouble with those if you purchase this blazer so I wish you good luck. The hair is from Cricri. To be honest, I had no idea this store even existed. Kitten Soup and her friends were rolling around in these cute shopping carts. She took me to the place so I could get a cart too. The hair there just screams BUY ME! I couldn’t help it. I only wanted to buy one style to get the cart, but I had to check out all the other great styles. A good find I must say. I wore Emery’s highwasited leggings, but I just wore the pants layer, it’s got a cute zipper on the side. I love that style with the patch of other fabric underneath the zipper! It’s different. Looks odd at first but you grow to love it. I dug out my old shoes from the shoe fair. They’re by[PM], cute huh! I blogged about them in my “Fav’s” from the shoe fair. And that’s it folks. I’m exhausted and it’s time to clean.

I was taking pictures for the post and I was laughing at my AV for wearing earmuffs when it's not cold in this game. It's a game, there's no weather. I started thinking that it's also not very cold here. I live in Canada if you didn't know. I went outside for a smoke and looked around. The trees still had leaves, they were green. I looked at the cars around me and there was no frost. I exhaled deeply and nothing. By this time of year we should be wearing our down north face jackets, big snowboarding boots, and knitted wool hats and mitts. My daughter and I are still wearing our wind breakers (Mines a leather jacket though). I started wondering if we are really doing enough to stop or decrease the wave of global warming. Have we really tried enough? I know David Suzuki said there is no way we can stop global warming now, it's been in affect for too long. I was thinking of time and how fast my daughter has grown and how much love and effort I put into protecting her. Have we the citizens of earth really tried hard enough to protect or habitat? I don't think so. I really would like to voice this message. It takes three mins to recycle, it takes seconds to reuse and it's cheaper to not waste. I enjoy walking and taking the bus, when it's peak times (If I could I would buy a hybrid). I bought the reusable bags? did you... There's so many ways to cut down on waste and things that harm our planet. It's simple to take out the old light bulb and replace it with a more energy efficient light bulb! It just bothers me because the people who are fighting to live longer, to slow down global warming (or try to at least) are wasting their time. Today I saw a woman through a water bottle out her car. I wanted to chase her and say "Please don't litter and also! Drink tap water, it's better for you and STOP DRYING UP THE LAKES WITH THESE COMPANIES!" but instead I shook my head. My boyfriend doesn't get recycling at first. Until I started, he noticed we didn't waste as much things as we did when we didn't recycle. Like paper, cans, glass and cardboard! He was really shocked and now is a recycle pro! He even tells his friends to recycle because we both were in shock at the consumption of trash we use to throw out! Now we through out a little kitchen size garbage bag a day! That's pretty good seeing how we went from Large regular garbage bags. OKAY ANYWAYS enough with my rambling. I just wanted to see if anyone cared about the green scene like I do. I'm no crazy green person, I'm just worried. I want the best for my kid just like everyone else. She lives on tomorrow, I may not. So when I'm not here I hope she will have the best future possible.

So... yeast is... bitter right? it's also known as annoying, itchy and gross. Well today... at walmart, I went to return my vacuum cleaner. Yes. My vacuum cleaner that broke only a month after having it. A month. I called to make sure there wasn't going to be a problem with the return. They said all was good. I get to the store, wait 30 mins in line! 35 MINS ACTUALLY (Just kidding I dont know). They tell me... "You don't have a receipt?" I say "No I don't I called earlier they said it was fine as long as it was an exchange." woman "No, it's not fine" taps sign "Company policy, next!" So the people start pushing me out of the way. Now, there are a few things I protray myself as, classy, lady-like, polite, and sweet hearted. WHEN you rub me the wrong way and not the naughty way... I turn in to you ferocious bitch! This woman just SHOO'D me! After 30 mins of waiting for her slow ass to take back walmarts SHITTY vacuum cleaner. What did I do. I patted down my jacket. Shoved the other lady to the side and said "Look it, I talked to your manager she said you would take it back. I waited in line just like the rest of these F****s" (Yes I said that word, everyone in my town is slow and rude.)"You're going to take this vacuum cleaner back and get me a new one." She tried interrupting me and I put my finger in her face "If you DO NOT, I will call you head district manager, I will call the head office and I will call here everyday until I see you're impatient, rude, selfish ass gets fired!" Then I took a nice pause with a cocky smile and patted the vacuum cleaner "So... where do we start" She scaned it and took it back. Got me my new vacuum cleaner.

So today I went to see my Geechan. I'm happy to say he's doing better! YES! Thank God! That's the only big news I have irl wise. Oh and my boyfriend got my the jacket I've been saving up pennies to buy! I'm not a big American Eagle fan but this jacket and the colour is to die for.

Today! I'm wearing the new RunoRuno release! Which is a stole crop top I guess? I'm not sure what she called it but to me! It's a crop top! I honestly love it. I guess it's suppose to be scarf? or something... poncho? I dunno but in her ad she isn't wearing anything else but this! I love it! I love crop tops, belly tops, midriffs. My boyfriend says I'm a little too *80's* but I mean I can't help it! I was born in the 80's! And I love the style, Glamour Rock should have never died. I love when boys look more beautiful than me. I love the way the sculpts cling to my body but still drape down at the sides for a realistic flow. The textures are pretty cute too, but I picked the black colour because it sort of looked like acid wash. I'm wearing Randoms Leopard Jeans! I had Andrew make these jeans especially for me and I still wear them from time to time. Machang, the wonderful woman herself gave me her Buckle Wedge boots! I'm totally in love with them. I know they're old to you but they're new to me because I've been saving up to buy them. I've always wanted her shoes but shoes to me... Its a love hate relationship. It's not like clothes! You can wear the same pair of shoes over and over and the look could look different each time because of the clothes you're wearing. I love the buckles and the bootie wedge heel!
My old findings for today are basically Randoms jeans! I'm wearing a lot of semi new clothes and accessories. Such as picnic's headband flower thing! Isn't it cute! The sweetest style hair, girl next door type, by 69. I love COCO's Belt! The slim leather bands with the stud! I didnt want a clunky belt so I went with COCO's because it was just right. A bit of glam and a bit of edge! Hurrah, got my look! ALL DONE <3

Milk Motion!

I love love Marie and her store Milk Motion so much. She's a big favourite Designer in my book! She's a wonderful person at heart and has a killer sense of style. She's pretty much beaten the odds and the doors down when it comes to Second Life Fashion! She's the first to do these great fringe style dresses, adorable slouchy boots and killer shapes! All of her avatars in her adverts look different and unique. Her skins are off the charts with creativity! I love how she added teeth!

Let me start off by saying Thank you to Marie! Thank you for all these wonderful boots.

I remember when she first came out with them and I ran like crazy to her store because I needed them so badly! They're beautiful. I love the way how she made them some what scrunched and bunched in all the right places. I love how it's a store of Italian style boot but has the old English flair to it! The old worn leather texture is amazing and the little heel is cute! They're pretty much the same boot but four different versions.

My look is all about Milk Motion and COCO today! I'm totally loving COCO's new swing cloak is adorable. I'm loving the plaid texture, the flannel fabric knit, the cute button sculpts she used and the wonderful flow of the coat. She really did a great job on it and it comes in four other colours, maybe five. I can't remember. I added some flare to this look by using this bag I seen on someone else's blog. It's from a Korean sim, I put their name down so you can search yourself. I didn't get a chance to save a surl. Sorry guys. It's really good. The sculpted prims, shading and texture are all a 10 on my scoreboard. I love the way how she added little things to the bag. There's pins and patches, stuff stashed away in the bag and awesome buckles! Thanks to Newreem, I snatched up this freebie at KUROTSUBAKI! I love it! Thank you KUROTSUBAKI! I'm love the Beret Hats! There's four different colours but you must be a group member (I love when people do this and their groups are for free! Don't have to pay 600L to join a group that only releases freebies once a year :D). It's just a regular knited beret with cute sculpted flowers on the side! It's even got a little pom-pom on the top of the hat. Something my Bachan would totally make. The stockings are from *blowpop and the dress is by me! CHA CHING !! Hope you guys enjoyed the look!

THE SHOOOES! Oh man the boots! I'm wearing Milk Motions Leopard leather boots in the picture but here's more! There's tall calf height boots and the regular oh so bad ass ankle boots. One is a rolled version, the other is a messy folded and the last one is a leopard cuffed styled boot! I love them all and I hope you do! AWESOME JOB MARIE! Well worth the wait and money! You can wear them with anything, skinny jeans, tights, leggings, skirts, high waisted! Anything!! They're like flats but better because they're boots. They keep your feet warm! ITS WINTER FOR GODS SAKE!

New Demi Make-Ups!

I know you all love her skins like I do! But this one skin is the one for me! I have a few favourite skins from creates that when they keep releasing new make-up I buy because I love that one skin. With Vive9, it's like that for me. As soon as she sent out a notice about the skins I was the first one there. Seriously. I went running towards the boxes and started demoing right away. Though one of the make-ups messed up on me and Blu was there to correct it right away for me (GREAT Customer Service) Not only was she kind but she gave me the whole pack to blog <3>

Her skins have the three different eyebrow versions. Blonde, Lt brown and Brown! You know how am I and options. I'm into that look right now with the lighter colour brows, since &Bean came out with her Halloween Gift skin. I love the freckles that she put on her face. They're very natural and make my AV look adorable. The shading around my eyes and nose is a great feature on these skins. Another big thing I look for in skins is the shading. I love the hand drawn lips! They look real but they're not. They cute and big with my big lips we make ultra pouty <3 style="font-style: italic;">**I have huge SL lips, no not vage; pervs*

The front and back view of her skin. I hope you can see all the nice detailing and shading that she put into it. The cute freckle spots all over my chest and upper back. The innocent beauty marks that she has placed on the skin. I love the belly button! It's a cute little button! Check out the underlining on my CHEEKS! (I underline my vaggeeen, no but really. Look at my cheeks) Aren't they cute! looks like a real JLO bottom. Ive gotten a lot of comments on my bewbs too. People say they really love the shading on them! I'm not a fan of the SL privates but when I do see my tatahs! And they are beautiful, I like to share that message around.

Shoe Expo 09!

The shoe expo was today and I had an okay time. It’s always great when they have big sim sales or shopping events like these because when you really need to splurge these are the places. They have new upcoming designers, old favourite designers, lost but not forgot designers and designers we didn’t even know about! The one thing I do have to say is. When you’re being featured at any expo (this is for designers) do you change your texture size? I found some stores took a lot long for me to rez than others. I lowered my draw distance and all. The thing is that I’m even publicly speaking about this is that, the rez time was longer than the skin expos that I’ve been too! That’s bad! Lol... in my opinion. That’s my only dis I have to say! My look goes around these boots that I have been trying to find for a while now. They’re from J’s and I swear I read on someone’s post that they were from N-Core. Here I was cursing the Second Life’s Gods Name in vain because I couldn't’t find the boots at her sim for the life of me! Well perhaps they weren’t from there??? That might have been why!

I went with Madsys fur vest for some spunk because we all know I’m loving the fur! Then I wore Ohmais leggings. I can’t help it! I tried to find some new leggings but I always go back to hers, sorry guys! I just can’t be fresh! Then I’m wearing BOONs hair! I love this style and cut. It’s a dangerous look, you can’t trust a person who wont reveal their eyes. It’s so mysterious! I’m wearing Nylon Outfitters OLD OLD turtleneck! Frilly turtleneck is it’s actual name! I adore this sweater, it’s very cute and sweet, tres chic! I’m wearing emerys skirt called Fast Car. This is the tricky thing about buying her skirts, I bought this one and it also came with the light green high waisted skirt. So... just make sure you buy the right one lol. This item is perfect for my blog! DO YOU REMEMBER THIS BAG! *points to detail* Naughty?! Lost!? Cutest purse ever! I love the whole tiny tiny vintage purses right now. My moms from Trinidad and Tobago, she has a few from when she was a girl and I wear them all the time! Great for the bar when you only want to carry you’re cell phone, lipstick, money and id’s. It’s somewhat like a clutch this bag and it has a bunch of cute stuff tucked away inside. It was an old classic and now I hope everyone will go out and buy it! I love this bag!! I forgot how much I adored it and it brings back old old memories!! EEEE! Fun stuff

Let’s talk more about the shoes okay?

1. KOOKIE – Athena – These shoes remind me of a prettier more casual version of Alexander McQueens’ 12-inch shoes/boots. Her reviled them in Paris this year for his 2010 collection I believe. The thing is people are ranting that they’re ugly! I love them! In every way! Kookie I give you a tip of the hat for one, thinking outside the box. Two, being creative and original. Three, for being the leader of shoe designs. I mean every shoe she has came out with I haven’t disliked. I’m sure they’re are others like Annex (another top of the line shoe designer) that are constantly staying with the trends and not creating the same ole heel, base or stiletto. Kookie! These shoes are truly to die for, sl wise. I love the big bulky toe in the front with the platform front. The high boot that creates a smooth sock looking style. The chain with her trademark K is a cute add-on. The seam texture in the front of the boot is really pretty and the band/belt is great with all the shading.

2. *GF* Long Fur Cuff Boots, I love! I find them really cute for fall and winter. I love the suede texture she used and the little texture fur cuff above the boot. The height is what i was really attracted too. The platform boot is a little stripperish but it’s cute. Not everyone likes to look cutie kawaii chic like me. I’m really liking the whole scrunched look. The shading again on this boot is wonderful. She has a Christmas theme boot in this style, red and white though. Great if you want to recreate the scene from Mean Girls when they’re singing Santa baby. That’s what that reminded me of, lol. Great boots.

3. *GF* Another great shoe by GF. The Anna boot, I have them in gray and black. I’m really liking the sculpted bow she used for this boot. Ankle boots are my favourite right now. On both of the shoes they have an outline colour around the belt and bow. For the black it has red, for the gray boot it has purple. Those four are my favourite colours that’s why I selected these boots. It has a cute sculpted bow that’s huge rather than a little tiny guy. It’s really different because of the bow and the base style. It’s not like a regular boot, it has a some what of a sock/heel style shape to it. Which I’m really liking. It’s different. Great textures and shading.

4. YS&YS – Stiletto Open Shadow –I really loved the shape of these shoes and the texture. I don’t have this kind of style of shoes in my inventory. I had to get these

5. YS&YS Another heel from them, Cala Saona2 Ocelot. I love the animal print of these shoes. I have their zebra one that I bought from their store. The little tie bow on the front with the leather toe is really cute. The seam that breaks the textures from animal print too leather is a little split but that’s nothing we cant overlook from this adorable shoe!

6. [PM] Lace and Studded – These shoes really stood out to me. The front textures that create that scrunched leather look. The studs on that go around base of the bootie. I like the string prims they used. I can’t tell if they’re sculpted or not, they look it. The shading between the leather and the studs is a great plus too! The little details on these heels really matter and that’s why I love them so much. They stand out and scream buy me! They’re adorable! Check out the Opal colour! Just in the laced version. You get either or when you buy a shoe. Lace vs. Lace and studded, you decide!

7. Annex – I know you’ve all seen them so let’s keep this short. BEST BOOTS ALIVE! The grungy feeling you get from them, but still a high fashion look. The rough leather textures, the clasps buckles and laces! Great pair of boots, I bought both the packs!

8. J’s – Ankle Boot! Loving the smooth sleek look of these boots. You’ve seen this one many times on the blogs!

9. Maitreya! Shanti!! Now I’ve seen their heels, stilettos, etc. The fact is that these style of shoes are the best from them. They’re not too technical and not too overly done! They’re just right. I’m loving the sculpted ties at the back of the shoe! The HUD that comes with these heels is really easy to use (Best part about it) Tons of different nail colours! I love the cris-cross front of the strap the cute little tie above the toes! Everything about this hoe I love! It’s perfect and something I would buy irl.

10. Maiu Haus Snow Boots – Loving the comfort look of this. I know people hate the UGG looking boots but these are so cute! Note the shading around the belt! The fur above the boot! I can see my avatar wearing these boots a lot because of these two things. It’s really cute and comfy, very casual! Can wear it with anything!!!
That’s it and I’m exhausted! I have nothing else dreamy to say about shoes.

I woke this morning feeling very angry and moody. I went to bed feeling very angry and annoyed.

I’m not too sure what that means, I don’t know what I should do, but I know it’s not a good thing.

I log on this morning to an interesting IM, saying “Hello I can’t get to your location it says ‘failed to grant capabilities’ was I banned?” You’re only banned from my land if you are a copybotter or rip skins. So I try to tp home to figure out what’s the issue... It gives me the same message! WTF O M G ! 2ND LYFE!! I R BUSINESS LADEH! But second life just doesn’t care. It seems the sim went down and now no one can get in? Hmmm... Another addition to my rage for the day.

So my look I made last night when my house was quiet, the baby was asleep, boyfriend was watching UFC and I was happy. I based my look around this shirt I found for my socks advert yesterday. Anuenues Cotton top, in the cherry version, it’s very cute and comfy looking. The side of the shirt looks bunched and the other side looks draped like a real sleeping shirt or thermal! Except you cannot see it in this photo because I’m wearing these badass overalls by Dutch Touch! Esme was wearing them a long time ago and I needed them! I thought they were so freaking cute! I mean I’ve seen prim overalls and overalls just on textures, but the detail and denim texture on this overall top them all! It’s very cute and I also wear it topless, I know I’m so naughty. I like the little side ties on the bottom of the shorts. It’s a plus because it adds a little something extra. The fur coat is by Aoharu. I know I’ve blogged it many times but I’m really into long fur vests and leather jackets. I want a fur vest like Rachel Zoe Irl. I can’t find one though. DANG IT. Moving on, we are wearing the great tights from BF! Thanks elka! I’m stilling loving them. The socks are mine and are finally released. I’m wearing the best shoes ever by ordinary! They’re called jaguar but I changed the colour to brown. Yes there’s like 24 different colours you can change them too and they’re 500L. These shoes are well worth the price in my opinion. I’m wearing Dollitas bag! I love it, it’s very bold! I guess the colour is not the bag. Then the hair is from BOON! I forgot all about this great little hair store. Manatee and Kitten were shopping yesterday and took me along. I was like, oh god, we’re at BOON. When I saw the massive wall of adorable hair I just couldn’t contain myself. I swear I bought like 10 different hairs from BOON yesterday.

I am a big fan of Edie Sedgwick. I feel in love with her through the movie Factory Girl. Before that movie I've seen and heard about the Great Andy Warhol. I heard of how his odd personality attracted people, his factory (studio) was a world of all different junkies, bums, and people with artist minds to fill up space. I loved Andy Warhol before the movie, his paintings we're brilliant to me. Once I watched the movie... I found a different side of Andy that I didn't read about or know. I seen his muse, his beauty and his creation. Edie. I started this huge obsession on her. From reading her bios, watching clips of Ciao Manhattan on YouTube daily, looking at her pictures and copying her style. Edie Sedgwick is a huge fashion inspiration/icon to me. I wear leggings, nylons all the time because of her. I wear short micro dresses because of her. I even look at old vintage stores here to find chandelier earrings. Edie Sedgwick was an amazing women, a sunshine in her own galaxy that was taken advantage of and broken down by monsters who sucked the life out of her. Some of you might say she was just a spoiled young girl who took drugs to fill the void of the love she never felt. Either way she was Edie and she was the best.

My look isn't very Edie at all but the earrings I am wearing are. A lot of these items I'm wearing in this post were given to me by great friends and people who like my blog. I thank them both and I'm very grateful. First up, the Harem Earrings were given to me by sue. Thank you sue. I feel in love with them immediately because they reminded me of Edie. The long dangle heavy look set of the earrings is something she would have been attracted too. I'm wearing this wonderful feathered necklace! AA made it a while back I'm sure but I never noticed it. I do remember seeing it on a blog or two but didn't pay much mind to it or forgot to buy it. I like the length of it, I love the feathers and if we all know our Edie she loved accessories. This necklace is beautiful beyond words. It's sculpted pieces, the beading and the chain is all wonderful. I really adore it. The bag is by Manna. I really love her two bags that I've worn in my blog. They're really cute and have a vintage vibe to it. Something you would see on urban or anthropology. I dig it. A BIG THANK YOU is to Emma Gilmour! A dear old friend and a wonderful person. She's gotten so good at her craft and I adore her new boots. Parker Knit Boots! Look at the detailing and the textures she used. Not only are the cute they come with sculpted socks above the boot line. I know, don't just gush over the boot. THERE'S MORE! She also included a touch change script and let me tell you; I was overwhelmed by all of the colours and all of them I couldn't help but just put on a random colour because I liked them all!!

Alright, big post today.

My first look I am wearing a wonderful poncho by Lelutka, I know it’s old. You’ve all seen it and I’m sure many of you have it because Lelutka is like “ZOMG LELUTKA”. I thought it was a little too wide on my shoulders so I shrunk it down a bit, so if it looks a little different, that’s why. I love the shape after I modded it to my shape. I adore the wrinkles and its realistic feel. I wore Clawsworth new hair Listen Up. The cute innocent look of it makes my av look adorable and so will yours. Bubbles knows! I topped off the hair with Lambs hat from her Mister Hair. I went with muism’s bag because the alligator texture on the bag really stands out and the chain on the side really makes my outfit look bolder than just casual. Funny store about this bag, I accidentally bought the male version. I was flying around looking for their bags and found this one. I didn’t see it say anywhere male until I opened it up. I was like Ugh man... I think its gunna be huge. Sure enough I put it on my AV and it was massive. That’s okay thought because 1. I kind of liked the look but wouldn’t wear it all the time. 2. They sent me the female version that I would wear all the time. Thank you very much! My bad! Aohura sent me their boots to blog. A big thank you to them because I adore their clothes but I’m becoming rather broke on SL. I love the machang, she’s super wonderful, kind and sweet. I love the how high these boots are. This is the type of boots I would love to have irl if they didn’t cost me literally an arm and a leg. I love the texture she has on them, it really looks like leather. The gold clasp in the front of the boot is very detailed and for sure gives the boot a very technical look. The quality and effort that was boot into these boots are a ten in my scale of favourite boots.

Here’s a little preview from my store. I made a sweater dress! Yet again. It’s winter, come on. I can’t help it. It’s a knited turtle neck style. Seeing how I can’t make my own sculptys I used some of other peoples. The turtleneck sculpted and cuffs I tried my best to texture and I hope you like it. The whole outfit has a knited look to it. I tried to keep the wrinkles simple and less bold like I usually make them. I wore my headwarmer/headwrap, Bachan Knits Headwraps! Because my Bachan really does, she’s making me one now as we speak! I can’t wait I loooove wool and I looove knowning thats it’s made from love. I wore my new socks, just plain jane socks. I’m still sporting vive9’s demi skin!! In pure. The manna bag was introduced to me by my wonderful new friend Manateee!

AS OF TODAY I AM 22. I would have blog a more exciting outfit but this is my mood. Very mellow.. very... calm. I’m not excited that I’m 22, I’m not excited it’s the day I was born, I’m not even excited that it’s suppose to be my special day. You know why? Well because every year I get really pumped, I plan a wonderful party, I get all dressed up and I’m always disappointed. This year was a bit better. I had a party on second life and my second life friends made it wonderful. I’m just saying... now it’s like any other day. I guess because I have a daughter, who makes everything more worthwhile. For her birthdays we go all out. We dress to the nines and we have the best cake there is in town. For mine... I’m wearing pj’s still. I just don’t give a damn. I do on the other hand would love to say THANK YOU! For all the birthday wishes from my friends! Thanks guys!

Today I’m wearing this awesome shirt that I’m very happy to wear! IT’S FREAKING AWESOME! I know it’s just a sweater and I really need to stop getting excited over these review clothes I get but really; I love it. It’s comfortable looking, simple and classic. It’s by Doppleganger. This shirt comes in four other colours but the best part is it has three different versions. The shirt I’m wearing is their blue colour, but underneath the sweater is a plaid shirt that peaks out from the sweater. It comes with a touch changing script for the sculpts so you can change the collar and cuffs to the under shirt you’re wearing. Isn’t that nifty. I’m wearing Truths new hair, Wilma. The bandana could have matched my shirt but I didn’t want to be too matchy match. Thanks to these wonderful designers and giving us more options, eh? I’m wearing yumyums jeans. I really love the style and look of these jeans. They’re the typical denim, but they’re different than just plain denim armidi look-a-like jeans. That’s why I like them. I went with the sweet and adorable boots by Yumyum as well. I’m all about the DP YUMYUM today! They’re very cute and I wish I had a pair IRL. I dig the different texture on the boot; it’s not just your everyday rubber boats. They have buckles and another leather texture on them! JEAH! The bag is from HOC Apparel. I purchased it a while back at their 50% off sale. I like it, simple messenger bag with great detail and shading. The glasses are by Wiggleswroth. You can never go wrong with the glasses from there. These ones have a prim underlining so it looks like they pop out. Though they still have the alpha texture on the front, the prim back give it a bit more depth and thickness to it. Those glasses are old school, but again, classic. The scarf is from yumyum too. It’s called Gacha scarves, perhaps because they gah-me at their gumball machine? I spent 2983208L on trying to get all the different colours but I finally gave up and gave the copies out to people at the store. I just couldn’t get each different style/colour. They’re freaking cute and if you’re lucky and want to spend 30L each try; you just might get a different colour each time. I’m sure we’ve all seen the skin reviews for Vive9 Demi, but let me just say. If you’re into that cute/kawaii/boho/adorable look. This is the skin for you! Vive9 you’re getting better in my books and IM DIGGING YOUR NEW SKINS!! Hi5. I didn’t really like their other skins. They didn’t really fit nicely on my face. It was most likely my shape because her skins are beautiful but... this demi one I could not pass up. The freckles across the nose and cheeks are too cute! I want to kiss my avatar on each dot! The lips are hand drawn but still have that wonderful shading and the eye shadow is the typical smokey look. The hand drawn look around the eyes gives it something else though. It’s still realistic but it’s not because she drew it! I love this skin a lot, thank you Vive9 for making such a beautiful skin!!

THREE MORE DAYS! NEW MOON!!! ZOMG!!!

Hey guys! I know I’ve been really busy these past few days. With a birthday, rebuilding a store and trying to balance the role as mommy/maid; I’ve finally came up with two looks. I’m sorry I haven’t been my regular two a day poster, but things are getting thick. Plus on top of my SL work load, TWILIGHT IS ALMOST HERE!! Yes if you didn’t know that about me I am a big twilight fan. I cannot express the excitement that is surging through my bones, my chest, and my heart! Twilight, Edward Cullen, New Moon, 17 year olds who made me want to become a pedo.

For my first look it’s something that I want to wear to the movie. I love big, woolly jackets. I love baggy coats with slim, snug fit clothing and eye popping shoes. I went with this jacket that is new to my inventory, from my birthday gifts to myself. It’s from LAQ. I love the sculpty collar on this jacket because it’s under shadow. The buttons on the front of this coat is very eye catching and the texture on both the cardigan and hoodie are perfect. There’s no blurry overly stretched smear on this coat. Wonderfully done. The skirt I am wearing is pretty old, it’s by Milk Motion. I love Marie, she is a wonderful person. Her talents in second life don’t add up to her charming French artistic mind. I’ve seen her new blazer she is working on and it’s to die for (Won’t give up too much detail). I love the fringe, it looks more of suede than leather, but either way I adore the flexi. I wore my twilight tee shirt, Edward and Bella! I have on irl and yes, I’m wearing it to the show. NEW MOON WOOO WOOO! I’m wearing the new boots from Ordinary. The ankle boots are a slouchy style, stiletto heel and 24 touch script textures. Yes, that’s right. 500 lindens you get 24 textures and a bad ass sculpted boot. Any shoe whore (like me) would buy into these boots, because it’s worth the money. Jaguar (the shoes name) comes in millions of colours, beautiful style and prim work to perfection. The socks I’m wearing are ancient! They’re from Shop Seu and are a big time favourite in my books. I hope you didn’t forget about them, because I haven’t. I still love them like I did when I first both them. Seu was a head of her time then because these socks never get old!! And that is a good thing for a person like me. I love to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

For my second look is all about what I wore today.

First off, I’m wearing this new skirt (well new to me) by Manatee of Narwhal. Let me just say this is the cutest little highwasited skirt I have ever seen! It comes in this bright sunny yellow colour, with little white daisies around the skirt. It also has a small tiny leather brown belt! I’m wearing the beautiful, deadly, ultra sexy fur coat from Aoharu. God damn I love you! Machang! I want to give her a big THANK YOU! For sending me some reviews. I love her fur coats, they’re pretty much amazing. The fur detail on the inside of the coat is very radiant. The fuzzy fur on the outside is none the less eye grabbing. It’s very realistic! But remember, no Second Life chigro’s or kitties were hurt in the making of this coat. The long pearls are by yumyum! Got them last week too. The shoes are by YS &YS. They’re a new release and I’m totally digging them. The ribbing around the top of the shoe has a threading weave style; it’s beautiful because they put a shadow below the sculpted thread. It’s radiant. The shoe itself was very affordable too. Nothing like the usual sculpted heels, 600+. PSSCH! Go to YS &YS and save a couple bucks. The shirt I’m wearing is an old diamond in the rough. It’s by toast bard and I love it. I actually found this shirt in my hair folder. Yea... my bad. I’m wearing her little rotating bee that comes with the shirts. The long-sleeved shirt has stripes across and a little personal graphic by Miss Bard herself. That’s it for tonight.

Hey there guys! Good evening, hope all is well with you tonight.
Today my daughter and I had a birthday party to tend to! But before we took off I snapped some pictures of what I’m wearing today. Today I feel very casual. I’m wearing a big time combination of new and old. The only reason I have more new stuff than usual is because I went BDAY shopping. I love shopping and who doesn’t. I also want to say thanks to all the great designers who have been sending me their stuff to blog! I have a ton of animations to show you all too! They’re pretty bad ass and I love them! They’re great for showing off my clothes because they’re not clashing with my sculpted prims.

I’m wearing my new boots from Ordinary, which is my favourite place to get sculpted shoes from. They’re shoes are pretty simple, but it’s not the style that what makes them my favourite. It’s their thrill for detail, the perfectionist attitude for their prim work, and their blissful textures. Every time I leave that store I’ve left broke but always happy and that’s a good feeling for me. I hate leaving with the feeling of regret from over spending. I wore Kittos new Tartan hoodie. I didn’t know how edit it until I seen Manatee wearing a shorter version. I shrunk mine as well. I like the pocket sculpts on the side and buttons on the front of the hoodie. The texturing is awesome! The button looks so real too. I feel in love with PIG’s cropped tees. I wanted to do this style for my cropped tee’s but I didn’t have the sculpts or Apatia’s wonderful hand! She’s a great artist when it comes to hand drawn clothing. I admire her work and she’s an inspiration to me. I adore her style and she always makes me want to go back to her store to buy more. If you ever bitched about not having a certain colour for a shirt, pants or socks, you need to go down to PIG because they have the whole rainbow, shadow, warm colour wheel and primary colours there for you! Then we go down to the most bad ass jeans in second life. I’m a big fan of boyfriend jeans irl. I know you must think they’re not flattering or they make your second life virtual pixel tush look flat and unattractive. Honestly, I find that baggy jeans are sexy when they are tight around the hips! I wore Gritty Kitty’s Hoot Bag, in black. I love the texturing on this bag and not to mention the little owl face. An old classic hat hair, Aitui- My Agenda. I love the texture military cap style. The hair that’s shaped around the hat is perfect. It’s not awkwardly shaped either. The eye lashes are new and a wonderful gift from an old friend Helyanwe. I love how they’re like spider legs. That’s how I describe these eyelashes. They remind me of spider lags how they fan out in length but they always have smaller lines for tiny hairs so it looks full but not overly fluffy.

Alright let’s try this again. Thank you Microsoft word for closing on me, I really appreciate that. Now I can sit here and re-type my post that just took me 20 mins to do! Thank you!! Really need to get windows 7 upgrade, I heard things run a lot smoother and less crashes.

We’re not here to listen to me bitch about my computer. We’re here to talk about the amazing and talented Tyr Rozenblum. I would first off like to congratulate her on finishing her darling skins. I thank you for picking me to blog your new skins. I thank you so much and appreciate your support towards my blog. I would like to say with all the hard-work, long hours and sweat/blood you put into this skin! You are truly amazing! It was worth the wait and all the time it took to put into right Tyr? The outcome is beautiful!

Where do I begin with this review? I’m sure you all recall the last time I blogged about her skin preview she gave me. Well today she gave me her whole pack. The cool thing about skin creators these days is that they’re giving us more options.
I guess I could start with the most important thing. The most detailed and the number one thing we ladies look at first. That is the face. Tyr had heard that some people are starting to get picky about the nose shading. Like I was just saying, designers today and their options; Tyr gave us two options on her skins. The nose shading. You have the lighter version (left) and the darker version (right). I myself enjoy the darker version more. I find that in Second Life when you venture out from your own territory you come in contact with people who like to blind us with these massive face lamps. Thus leaving our faces looking overly washed-out/exposed. With this skin you get the two versions, when you’re in a fine lighting area, use the lighter one. It has the simple shading that has a soft look like any other nose. But if you’re out and there are those people around, well me, myself will be wearing the darker shade. I love the darker shaded noses look more. It’s more defined and less simple looking. As you can tell from the picture the tip of the nose is also highlighted to give you length and the bridge is slightly shaded to give you depth surrounding the nose. I admire her shading work. I think it’s just right.

I love her eye folds. I’ve never seen the bottom eye folds pop so much. This is a great plus in my book because IRL I have bottom creases. The top creases are just on key with the right eye shape, the eye shadow pops from your eyes making those lids shine with beautiful glitter from her wonderful make up! Check out the shading around the upper lip and below the nose! Isn’t that something?! The eyebrows are adorable and are so smooth and clean! Great job!
Freckles on the face –gasp- Who could ever get sick of these freckles? They’re not overly done and blotching out your face. They’re cute and sweet, just like cherry pie. The freckles carry on all over your body in a sporadic manner.

The body, where to begin talking about her stunning body? If you remember my last post about Tyranny Designs skins, is that the body was very well defined. I love the way how the collar bone is deeply shaded, not overly burnt or darkened but realistic. It looks so stunning that any man would place his lips there. The tummy is freaking amazing, not rock hard “I work out 18 hours a day” look but “Hey I’m toned, see?!” Even if you’re the type of Avatar who likes to have a little chub like me, it still has a nice effect to it. The legs are highlighted like a stairway to heaven. No man will resist giving you elevator eyes. The breast area is perky and curved nicely. The toes on this skin are lickable! They’re very cute. The back shading is my favourite. There is something about a woman’s back that just drives me mad. I’m not a lesbian, but I do applaud a woman with a slender backside and dimples over the bum. This is what I look for in my Second Life skins! Way to go Tyr you made my check list!

Tyrs’ selection for her makeup is very bold but she also has some casual looks too. See below for names and pictures. My favourites are Lo Mien, Poppy, Bare three and bad day. For Lo Mein, I really dig the bold eye shadow, how the coral colour starts in the middle and fades to a teal colour. I’m a makeup whore irl, this is the kind of stuff I like to do when I’m going out! When you’re going for a simple casual look in fall you want to go with simple shades for your eyes but stay in the dark colours and darker lips. Bare three is going on my fav list because it fits that statement. Dark lipstick and dark shades for my eyes. Poppy is another look like bare but with nude lips and you can never go wrong with nude lips. Bad day is badass! If you’re a role-player or you just like to look like you’re a badass rebel kicking ass person! This is the skin for you. NOTE THE BANDAID ON THE SIDE!! Isn’t that so cute!!

I went with Nylon Outfitters Tie Sweater Robe. I thought it had this Vintage look to it. The 50’s-60’s era. I admire her prim work in this jacket because it is old and sculpts weren’t around then. The collar of the jacket is big and puffy, with a ribbed design on it. It looks very warm and very chic. I dig the tie around the waist which gives you another umf on the accessory department without having to change the look of the jacket. I wore Zaara’s Kashmiri Shawl. I needed something bold and out there to make this look very classy. There’s nothing classier than Zaara’s store. She has tons of great stuff. From her denim jeans, to her beautiful shawl dresses, to her bangles and necklaces and all the way to these beautiful scarves. I love the sculpt work she did on them, not to mention the texture work! The floral print is very cheeky and at the same time moderate. I mean you can look ultra dressy or simple down to earth gal with this scarf. It’s a great buy and tastefully done. I wore some tights by sheer, an old favourite that never fails to make my legs look slim and sexy. I got this bag a while back but I still consider it new, it’s wonderful! As you can tell a lot of people have it! You can’t go wrong with this bag. The Null bag is very exquisite in its own little wonderful way. The gloves are from another Nylon jacket set, noted in the detail section. I thought they we’re cute and had to wear them. I wore these Alicia shoes by Adam and Eve for another boost of colour. Colour is something fall lacks but Kenzie doesn’t. When the weather is like this in fall, full of gloomy clouds and bitter cold winds, I like to wear colour to remind me of the beautiful sun’s rays! Don’t assume fall is here, let the colours die. Just because we wear the cold bitter tones of fall, doesn’t mean you can’t wear a slice of the rainbow every once in a while. The hair, OOOH MY HAIR! I love you Bubbles Clawstooth! You make me look so beautiful and that’s all I have to say. You can tell from the picture that this hair is truly a divine find! I love love clawstooth style and textures for his hair <3 Thank you for making me look beautiful.

Hey gals! I have a great find for you today. I’m sure you’ve already seen it on the blogs and I hate blogging about skins that are already popular or have been seen already. These are a great piece of work though. I love love! LOVE these skins. I mean, if you like Blowpop, Imagen, Curio freckled or Adam & Eve skins. You will love these skins too! They’re beautiful from head to toe.

First up prices. I found them separately an affordable price; 800L. The only disadvantage to these skins is that the fatpack is ridiculously expensive. 5600L to be exact. The fact is there is a reason why her skins are that much in a fatpack. The fatpack comes with the T-Model skins, as well as the ones list below. They come with two different eyebrow colours and three different lip versions.
The eyebrows are so well defined. Each hair looks beautiful and perfectly placed. At the same time it has realistic accents to make it pop from your face. I love the fact that if I wear brown, blonde or red hair I can wear her lighter version. If I’m wearing brown or black hair I can wear her darker version. Her skin pack is ALL about options. Which I love, options options and options.

As you can tell the first face has the chapped version lips and the darker brow option. I’m really happy with this version. The second is the lip-gloss version with lighter brow. I’m not a big fan of the lips; they look a little blurred but again. It comes with each pack so it’s a plus. The lipstick is my favourite. I love the wrinkles on the lips, the shading below the lip line, and the shadowing between the lips. It’s got a semi gloss shine and it’s totally kissable. Her eye creases as you can see from this picture, are a little open. So when you’re wearing her make-up they really pop. Can you see the detail in the eyebrows, how can you not love these eyebrows! *I’m wearing my own eyebrow shape.*

The shading is pretty simple; it’s not like Curio or Tyranny’s new skin. A little too simple for my taste but all in all it came out well. Don’t get me wrong though; there is nothing wrong with simple shading. In fact I’m a fan of simple shading as well as hardcore shading. Every skin should different in sl. If they all looked the same so would we. I enjoy people like, &Bean, Pulse, Romi, Karamia, and Redgrave. Each of their skins is different. Some times when they release something as good as these skins, people all want them because they’re cute. So for a month or two everyone looks the same. But they soon fade out and when I see someone wearing those designers’ skins. I go back myself and wear them again, because they’re all unique, creative and beautiful. I’m sure if you love &Bean and lovey’s skins you will appreciate the belly, back and bottom shading to this skin. The toes are very cute as well! I love how she added dimples on the back side above the buttocks. Very cute. I love dimples above the butt line; I think it’s very sexy on women.

I’m not a big fan of this set. I just don’t look good in the wild style make-up. I think other people might look beautiful in them though. They are unique and stunning. The lips are so sweet and kissable.

I couldn’t pick which one that’s how cute I thought these make-ups were hence the fatpack purchase.

I’m not a big fan of how she set up the boxes and demos. It seemed really time consuming and difficult to pick out with make-up I wanted. That might have been the reason I couldn’t decide. I hope next time she picks names and not numbers for naming her skins and uses just a demo box with all the skins in it. Not individual boxes. That made it a long process to take each skin set out. I guess she did that because for each skin there’s two different eyebrows and three different lips.
A great purchase, she’s a new lover to me. I love her skins and she has a beautiful store. Please check it out and support a great skin creator. I grantee you’ll leave in love with her stuff too! If you already know the place, well ... I stand beside you all now.

Whad up, it's really early here. It's a new day so a new outfit. The boyfriend is home and I can stay up late.

I'm blogging this outfit because a wonderful gal, Mijn Seoung; has been kind enough to drop off her newest releases to me. I really like her. I find that so sweet of her to drop her clothing off to me because I spend a fortune to run this dang thing. I can’t help it though, I love blogging and shopping. So why not do something useful with my inventory right? Mijn sent me this dress today. A lot of her stuff is really cute and all hand drawn. Way to go Mijn. This dress has a reason behind it.
It’s for an even called Virtual Fruit. From November 14th to November 29th, South Australia has a festival to celebrate diverse sexualities and genders. It began back in 1997. Created for the Lesbian and Gay community. I for one support the Lesbian and Gay community, I believe everyone should be equal. It says in the bible, which is my guideline for life; “Everyone is equal in God’s eye” and “We are all children of God”.

The dress is an Exclusive Item for Virtual Fruit. The dress will be around 250L and there are two other items she gave me that will be sold for 1L. The other items are a lemon head and a little lemon guy you can hold. I appealed you Mijn for taking the time and putting an effort into such a great cause and event. I love how she added the two shoulder poofs. I love the shape of the sculpties. The beautiful belted skirt has a soft pleated or wrinkled look. They stroll down into a ruffled bottom. I wore leopard jeans beneath the skirt to give it a bold look. I found in my inventory some great accessories for this dress. Fashionably Dead made all these cool head pieces for lambs hair. I’m wearing Tree Underfoot. I really love the branch sculpt and the leaves on this add-on. It makes me feel natural and environmentally friend (just jokes). It gives it a couture look but still keeps it look different. I’m wearing Maitreya’s Anklets. I bought them today (Yes I gave in). I think they’re totally cute and they go with everything. They come in tons of colours. I really wanted to buy the fat pack because I made the mistake of not buying her socks in a fat pack. I’m too cheap to buy the rest so I got my favourite colours. Perhaps you can afford the whole fat pack. The sculpted ruffle that acts as the sock has a tie around the middle of the object. The tie is mod so I changed the colour to match my pant; brown. I wore Maitreyas ankle boots, Dangerous. They’re very old in my book. I still adore them and wear them quite frequently. I sparked up my hair add on with this lace mesh my friend gave me. I’m not too sure if she sells them. We use to RP back in the day and she gave it to me for my Character. I love mesh eye masks, or lace. I Wore Paper Couture’s Black Pearl earrings. Zaara’s bangles! I have to say this if you need some jewelry; Zaara’s the place to go! I found tons of stuff and different styles. Between Indian too normal casual stuff too high fashion. And Launa Fauna’s trigger happy gloves! These are old!! But they’re still a favourite. Perhaps CLASSIC. They’re vintage Launa Fauna! How can they not be great? They come in her Trigger Happy Tank top set. The shoulder cape fur scarf is from Redgrave, another old treasure. I adore the fur on this and it’s very fun. If you ever want to look classy and chic, just bust out the fake fur. No one will ever know.

I'm pretty sure sequins are such a hot trend right now. It's hard to find in my small ass town but not here in Second Life. I want to say, THANK YOU KISS STORE. I just found it today. *Don’t hate, I'm really bad for finding new stores* I feel madly in love with everything she has. Though it is photo sourced and I'm not a big fan of photo sourced clothing, I do like her outfit combinations and those are forgivable for the overly realistic clothing :P This store has something for everyone. If you're Goth, punk, cyber freak, hipster, boho, or high fashion chic; there is something here for you. I love her jacket that I am wearing in the picture. Flashing Silver Jacket, it's beautiful in every way. First off the sequin on the jacket is pretty well detailed. I really admire the shoulders on this jacket. Even though they’re super huge I think that’s the idea of it. Unless I just didn’t edit them right or fit them to my shape. I love how the collar is black. It pops from the jacket and is a really bold statement. I picked Madsys peplum skirt. I really love this skirt, and her store. She’s a really great designer and another creator that you can really appreciate her clothing. From head to toe is perfection. I also have a leather jacket from Madsy that I wear all the time. I wore Moody’s Greta Stiletto. Let me tell you something. I hate, DISPISE over priced clothing, hair, shoes. But! And I’m saying but boldly there. If you want something for GREAT quality. If you want something that is ONE of a kind, if you want something you know that is going to make you feel incredibly sexy. These are the shoe maker to buy from. I love moody. I will save and save to spend 10k in her store. I know I sound so stupid saying this but I know that when I buy her shoes. I will wear the shit out of them. Till the heel is broken, till the soles are worn, till the leather straps have snapped apart. They’re beautiful and around a hefty 2k. I really need some new bangles seeing how this is the third time I’ve worn Armidi’s. Please if you know of a place, drop a line lol. The clutch is from COCO. I love it a lot. Very cute and well done. The hair is new, it’s by Bubbles Clawtooth. I love his hair, very different and very cute. The textures are wonderfully done. This hair has the straight across bangs and the back has the soft baby hair neck line. It comes with a ribbon wrapped around the ponytail which is mod. I changed the colour to a deep red to make my outfit. I’m a very matchy match person.

Other than fashion. I went to lamb of god. April 14th I JUST WANT TO SAY... I dont think I like them anymore. I got really drunk before I went there. I'm a pretty big metal head right. Since I was a baby. It's my dads doing really, he's a big rock and roll guy. Anyways, I got to skydive a few times. I'm really outgoing and I'm not shy at all. We met them; totally disappointed in a few of them. Randy, John and Chris we're cool, they all looked at us and said Hi, thanks for coming. Mark and willy we're dicks. Maybe it's in the family. I took into consideration, they're on the road, our town is 50,000 people and it's shit. When we went to the show, it was killer, people we're moshing and the crowd was small. It's thunder bay, there's not a lot of metal heads. I jumped on stage for the wall of death, and dove in the crowd and moshed around. It seems like he wanted to push me off... I swear. I found the video. Lemme tell you the times. 0:05 >> You see me going into the wall of death (That's where people go to the other side of the stage and after he's done counting the smash into each other!! It's a fucking roit. I'm a touch bitch). at 1:44 you seem me head banging and then I did I flip into the stage. I know I'm badass \m\. Then you see him coming towards me before I jumped in!! WTF?!?! RUDE!! IM ENJOYING YOUR SHOW FUCKER!! LMFAO wasn't like that. They were like Ladies -wiggles eyebrows- Maybe because they like ass and titehs and they're not self-absorbed. You're TOO MAINSTREAM NOW LAMB OF GOD AND IM SLOWLY FALLING OUT OF LOVE WITH OUT!!!! SUCK ON THEM BALLS MOFOS

Morning Ray

Good Morning, beautiful people! (Or Evening, Afternoon)

It's still morning here and I'm having a somewhat okay morning. I realised the other night that because of the time change and my laziness. I've really been getting up at 730 am with Hayden. I thought I was getting up at 8am. So... in all actuality. I've been getting three to four hours of sleep every night for the past week. No wonder why I'm so tired and I can't do anything right. My typing, my spelling, my grammar, my deleting things of importance, my constant placing the milk in the cupboard, and wearing my pants backwards (Yes, I wore my joggers all day yesterday backwards. I couldn't figure out why the front was so baggy). I am happy to say that my boyfriend should be back tonight. I will be able to catch on the zz's and work on my clothes.
As you all can see I've changed my blog around. Sick of the other one. I changed the header to just me, because Kim is back in real life and hasn't been on much. I mean at all. So the blog is mine :P

Today I'm wearing a couple new things but mostly this is an old outfit. I don't know what I was feeling when I dressed up but I based the outfit around Maitreya scarf hair. I really love the sculpts and I'm sure you've all seen many pages. I try to stay away from blogging big names because they blog themselves just by releasing their new items. Word of mouth and good a quality clothes speak for themselves.
I went with a shirt/vest by Barerose (Remember how I said their stuff is so unique, good quality and cheap. See why I love their stuff). I love the shirt and vest because it's pretty versatile. I mean you can wear it if you like role-playing, if you like being grungy, if you're one of those kinds of people who like to look boho/soho nyc, or if you just want a cute Henley shirt with a vest over top of it! This is your best bet. The texture for the Henley shirt is well detailed. The vest over top of the long-sleeved comes with a prim flexi prim vest attachment. It gives the shirt a boost on movement and realistic accent. I love the fact that it flows nicely when I walk. This pack is for sure a good buy. It comes with three other colours and attachments galore. Even pants are included.
I wore Truths leggings, they're old. From way back, but I forgot I had them. This no buying clothes rule is really making me reuse my inventory and I like it. The leggings are truly a great work of art/clothing piece. I love how they're shiny but they look so thick and warm. I have a pair of leggings that I got from Wal-Mart that are kind of like this but they're in a terry sweater looking fabric and they're so warm!! Great for this time of year. When you're wearing leggings and a vest/shirt that's long best to balance it out with a nice pair of ankle boots or no other than PAPER COTURE! Do you remember when they first came out with their line and they had those CRAZY COOL boots. The yetti boots. I freaking FREAKED when I seen them. I'm not big on boots like these but they're great because they're not the ugly fur ugg looking boots. They're the crazy amounts of yetti fur but a skinny heel below the calf fur. I love the look, the feel to the texturing. Though now a day’s everyone wants sculpted shoes. I'm crazy on sculpted shoes, but they way they made these boots; you can exempt the fact that they're not sculpted. I'm wearing the Pulse skin that I got at the Vanity Skin Fair. I'm wearing Bettie Pages cheek add-ons; I love them because they make my mood different on my avie without having a buy a 1000L skin.

That seems about it for me. A long lost of things to do both irl and sl. I'm making tonights post pretty short. I'm wiped from today.

Let's just say another warm comfy outfit for my av again. I wore Aoharus winter coat that was released I think last winter. A beautiful military style jacket. I wore the olive colour. It comes with a collar up option and a hood with fur! I know some people don't like fur but when you're wearing a parka, or this style jacket, it should come with fur. It's just the icing on the cake type of deal. I wore the knitted wrist version. I like the little added feature of pretending there's another layer shirt underneath, or the jacket has a different colour cuff. I wore LeeZus skirt, Nell. I got this skirt a while back when everyone was raving about her store. She has a lot of different and unique designs. She also has a section where it's not so couture or more modern. I found this skirt in that section. I love how it comes with leg attachments so when you move it looks like the skirt is flowing with your legs. Like a real skirt does. I found this old necklace laying in my sl closet. It's by poly of Yummy Things. I love it and everything about it. It's a great little locket and I am obsessed with lockets since I was a little girl. I don't know why. I think it's from the Disney movie "A Princess Story" The locket her father gives her. That movie touched my heart. I am a daddy's girl at heart. I wore Lambs hair, ink color. I added a bow, mine that I made tonight for this outfit. I made it all droopy look and sloppy. I love Matilda and how she wore her little ribbon bow all the time. I will put the bow up for sale after I've finished detailing the ribbon texture on the sculpts. My socks that I'm wearing are by me as well. Not released yet but will be son. I picked brown because of the knitted sleeves on the jacket but there are tons of colours that I made for the socks. I wore Adam n Eves ankle boots, Anessa. I love the suede look of it and the little touch of white around the rim of the belt. There are tons of shoes over at adam n eves that are to die for. They're not overly priced either. I love the shape and the prims they use for their footwear. Check it out! Great store! Can't wait to go back and get some fatpacks because I cannot picture one colour. I want them all because shoes are perfect. I would wear every colour and wear them a lot because they're not overly done shoes. Just right.

Good evening, Everyone. Let's start with a daily pray, shall we? Dear SL Gods, please grant us a wonderful day, bless our clients with the ability to function at a normal rate. Please, SL God's let emerald stop crashing on me while in the midst of creating something. Amen.

Today is a pretty slow day and tiring day. Hayden is a monkey now. Literally. Jumping on the couch, climbing the couch. The couch is now the playground, with all these wonderful cool things to do (L shaped sectional). Durr, babies give me headaches. It's so dangerous, but she won't stop... So I'm not going to keep trying to show her what happens if she does fall because she isn't grasping that. I'm pretty busy again today so I'm just going to keep my post short. We're here for fashion right?

I based today's outfit around this beautiful indie style bag. It's a messenger bag. A nice old school couch style striped fabric. I love the little pin buttons of the side, the buckles that hold the straps. The sculpty for this bag is really cute and very natural. It's what you would expect from a real messenger bag. I wore Lo Jacobs (RIGHT OLD SCHOOL)Marked shirt. I use to wear this all the time. It comes with three different jacket layers. The shirt by itself, the corset alone and both the shirt and corset. I'm wearing the shirt with the corset. I wore Nylons flower broach that came with a jacket she sold when Tableau first opened. I'm sure it's still in her vendors. I'm wearing her sister's bracelet, by yummy things. I love this bracelet and forgot I even had it. You know it's really old when it has a command colour script in it. The little prim work is amazing. You really appreciate prim work in 06. It wasn't sculpted it was like a puzzle, each piece made some sort of curve or twist and it was really hard to make something look beautiful and realistic then. Now with sculpties, it changes everything. I'm wearing Karis suspenders. Great prim suspenders and also has a touch change script for those who love options like myself. I'm wearing fashionably deads old retro chic frames. They're very cute and you can wear them with everything. I love them a lot, they're a great buy. For pants I didn't know what to wear with this. I tried to find a skirt but I didn't like any of the skirts I had. I went with &Beans Shoreline pants. I love the comfy look of these trousers, the prim bottoms at the end of the baggy pants. They're like boyfriend khaki jeans in a navy colour. My shoes are by Periquita! I found this store thanks for Milla (Barbs friend I met at her skybox) She was wearing them and I looked down and gasped. I needed them and had to have them! Here we are buying again. I had to get them though. I never seen a pair of shoes like this in secondlife. Maybe it's because I'm a hermit but I haven't. I remember Yummy things did a shape like this shoe but not the bands across it. It's a sculpty so that's a plus, be a head in the prim work times. It comes with a colour change script and I love the fact that you can wear them formally or casual. I love to be versatile.

I love my life and everyone in it. Tonight I wanted to blog something I dont know what to blog about. I have nothing to say or rant about. Tonight was a good night, besides doing the ten loads of laundry by myself I had a wonderful day.

Tonight I'm wearing tons of old stuff. I'm doing really well with the saving money bit. I hope when you're reading my blog and checking out my looks you have these items. I hope that it reminds you of all the great clothes you may already have in your inventory. Don't get me wrong blogs are to inform you, entertain and give you something to read/do. You see shopping and I have this love hate thing. The reason I started this blog was to recap on all the wonderful clothes we had in our inventories and save our money at the same time. I myself was going really well in the beginning and then... started to slip. Constantly shopping and looking for new things to show off! *slaps herself* I'm happy to say that I've saved 10k in the past two and a half days. Isn't that awesome?! I think so, Christmas is going to be good for us. Hopefully.

Remember when Aoharu first opened and they did outfit sets. Well I found this bad boy sitting in my inventory. Funny thing is I've NEVER worn it. I bought it and forgot about it. Hmm, that's a bad sign. I wanted to slap myself because it's very cute! Hence why I bought it! The shirt comes with sculpted accents. A beautiful bottom shaped shirt, arm puffs on the forearms and a cute necktie. I'm not the prepy, cutie, socialite type of gal. I like ripped stockings, big bluky tattered boots, shreded denim, 80's tanks, wolfs on my tee shirts and most of all leather and plaid. I went a head and put on my ole faithful blow pop fishnets in nude. The ripped version of course is what I have on! I found beautiful old school hair by truth. It's not exactly old. It's before he opened with his current store. I remember how much I loved the style and the hat. Miabella actually showed me the hair so I have her to thank. Good ole pals spreading the diease of addictive shopping. I needed something else after I wore my cute shirt, cute fishnets. I found this old bag sitting with tons of dust on it. Again, another side bag that I adored back in the day. Shiny Things started making these stachels and I couldn't help myself. I think I have all of them; her side bags. Its the compass bag in black, there's other options for colours too if you don't remember. I wore picins suspender socks, because like I've said before; love the socks over nylons/leggings. The boots I'm wearing are by GutterBlood Spoonhammer. The best thing about these wicked boots is that you can have one boot but with three different styles. They have a texture change script in them so it also comes in red and black. I love these boots and they were a great buy, I believe it was 500L but I mean then again you have a three in one.

My skin I am wearing is not done yet but it by the wonderful Tyr Rozenblum. She's working really hard and trying to master this skin for all you wonderful people out there. She was telling me the stress and pressure she's under to make this skin flawless. The face is that this skin is already flawless. Though I'm not showing the nudies of the skin (I dont want to give everything away now); I'll tell you in text. The nipples are beautiful, the breast shading is perfect and right on key. The bottom is adorable and I love this skin, the end. I love her belly that she made too. It's a I eat healthy and for some reason have a natural toned tummy. Not overly done with the shading but just right. I'm no washboard. Come on now. She gave me the freckled version, I'm not to sure if she's making a plain skin version. I love the ferckles on this skin and the little sporadic dots she has on the skin for the little moles/body freckles. The eyebrows are the not to thick not to bushy style. I really like them, perhaps it's my eyebrow shape I made but to me I feel like a natural woman. I don't have any other colours because she isn't done working on the body. I do have this one colour. It's like a smokey eye but in teal/turq. I love the eye creasing and the little pink highlighted area on the upper lid. The lips are kissable and the nose is cute as a button. Again her shading she did it very beautiful around the nose area.Very well done Tyr, it's a beautiful piece of art. I can't wait for the rest of the tones and make up to be finish so I can buy her out! Thanks for letting me test your skin and you're doing a wonderful job so dont stress!!

Another day of life

Like I've mentioned before my boyfriend is out of town and it's my duty to play the role as the wonderful house wife. Besides all the laundry I have to do, there's a birthday Hayden and I are attending this weekend coming up. It's going to be a blast because it's a dress-up birthday party. I love nothing more than getting in to the spirit of festivals. It's going to be fun, though, Hayden was suppose to be the (Wizard of Oz Theme) Scarecrow I couldn't find a plaid shirt in her size. I'm starting to stress out irl because it's crunch time. Really, Christmas is just around the corner and I have saved zero dollars for gifts for the family. It's INSANE. I don't care to give Hayden the best Christmas. I did last year and she had no idea what the hell was going on. There year I swear I'm just wrapping up boxes and milk cartons. She likes more than the 1000 dollar worth of toys I got her last year.

My day has inspired my outfit. A day into town. I'm wear a dress by Elephant Outfitters, which is super old; when they first opened the sim. I loved it from the minute I saw it. Even though you can see the top of it, it's adorable baby doll tee style with little poofs on the shoulder. I'm also wearing another old treasure, Fashionably dead's leather jacket. Toast never fails when it comes to detailing on her clothes. The leather braiding on the sides of the front of the jacket is beautiful. I love the sculpts that come with the jacket' they always fit over my skirts. You can mod it too to make it more puffy or more slim for jeans/mini skirts. Topped off with some leggings from ohmai in the navy colour. I'm wearing hair by 69; I got it from the Winter Stamp collection event. I love those stamp freebies! The hunt is fun and I love the designers who sign up to it. Not only do you get freebies, you meet a new store, fall madly in love with the store and you're happy at the end of the day. Thank you who ever does those Stamp events! I love wearing leggings and socks over them. It's a bonus for warmth here in Canada. I'm wearing an old pair of socks by oyakin. They come with two options for the prims, long or short. So you can mix up the length on each leg! Cool, huh?!
My bag is from the wonderful creator of Barerose! Awesome, love their stuff. There's always something different at their sim and it always keeps me on my toes. What's the best thing about Barerose is they've been around forever. They haven't forgot the fact that just because you own a sim, you make great clothing; you can charge your customers an arm and a leg for their items. I can blow tons of money at their sim and always want to go back for more because I left with 50 different outfits, acessories and bags! Something new to me is this beautiful necklace from Beetle Bones! I want to thank Freestyle for introducing me to their sim. Not only does this store sell great jewelry they have a bunch of great freebies and clothes that are a practical price and great quality. Be sure to check it out.

Captain says it's time to think out of the box. I decided to wear something different tonight. I love suspenders, just they don't look so hot on my irl. After having a baby and all there's some limits you can do with fashion. Mommy and suspenders don't work here in my small town. Wearing them in Second Life for me is like, going to mars. It's fun, amazing, and pretty out of this world. Lame I know, but suspenders are just a no go for me irl. I wore Fashionably Dead's suspender outfit. She released it along time ago, when they had their Mexican theme sim. I found this cute pirate/army hat in my inventory tonight. I thought it was the tip of the ice berg for my outfit. It has a sculpted skull on the front of the hat, rimed with a belt and a nice small peak. Sun protection is key ladies. As I was digging and looking for things that I didn't have to buy, I decided well why not check out my old hair. I found Lost's old hair style. I remember when he released these at the hair fair and everyone went nuts. I can't remember why, but it's a historical piece for me. It's a short bob. Simple as that. I wore Maiterya sculpted scarf. I got it awhile ago. It's slinky looking and thin. Perfect for just a simple touch. I wore a super old item by Canimal armlets. I remember when this was old school hot item! I use to wear them with everything. I use to wear them with anything and everything. Another sweet old item that I'm wear is BONEFLOWER! Boneflower Designs! Oh how I remember I use to wear his stuff all of the time. I loved his bags and his boots. I wore them 24-7. Great stuff by Boneflower.

It's just Saturday

Today is Saturday. Saturday use to be my favorite day. I don't embrace the weekend like I use too, because everyday is Saturday for me. I do miss working and doing something actually productive though; on the daily. Being a stay at home mom has it's thrills and excitment, but there's nothing like the rush of working and kicking ass at your job. I can't wait till my baby gets accepted to daycare. Damn small towns and wait lists for children under three years of age.

For the rest of the month I here by swear not to purchase a damn thing unless I don't have it already. I mean something that isn't a beautiful sculpted hoodie, jacket, etc. I have so many leathers, hoodies, jeans, dresses. I made this blog to help people remember the old stuff we already have that are still in style and still fucking fabulous. Here I am out spending 5k a day. I hate it. I hate spending money because I could use that money IRL. For REAL clothes. Lawlz, isn't it ironic. SL does pay my luxury spending though. Just lately, I've been spending a crazy amount of money everyday in second life and I think it's because I have nothing else better to do lol.

I went digging today in my inventory and it's funny because in a matter of seconds a found an old faithful outfit that never lets me down. Paper Couture's White Horse Dress. I don't know if they still sell old collections. This is pretty old I think it's from their first or second line? I can't remember, that's how old it is (Then again I have the worst memory of all time.) I topped off the dress with some stockings by Sheer. I wore COCO's knee high boots. Now any shoe/boots makers out there reading this. This is a request for more stylish knee high boots. Thigh High/Knee High boots are key right now. I own two irl. One with a heel, their my dirty pirate hooker boots and the second are flats. They're both very sexy but also very chic. Either way heel or no heel they're attractive. For accessories I wore Alamood and Armidi's bangles. Bangles are always the best to wear. Or leather straps. I love leather straps, they're very natural and earthy. So if you're dressed up or down, you can still wear them. They're a good buy and all around perfect for any attire. I picked something ethnic when it came to my bangles, Armidi's zebra bangle and Alamood's wooden cuff. I bought some new hair today from 69. It may be old for you, but it's new for me. I love the waves and the curls at the bottom of the strands. Beautiful work and the texture is shiny and sleek. My new pulse skin is what did it for this look. I love how the shading and highlights make me look photoshoped without doing it. Perhaps that's a flaw but I find it beautiful. The detailing is suburb and I love the freckles.

2nd Skinfair 2009 on Vanity Universe

The Skin Fair will unveil it's beauty tonight at 12pm SLT. I want to say I had a great time snatching up these sexy skins before anyone else could. *Rubs it in yo face* Just kidding, that was rude. I love the appearance of the sim; it looked great. The soft coloured buildings gave it a very peaceful mood. I hope it helps when all of Second Life rushes into the Skin Fair to spend billions. I had a hard time this year finding some skins that looked great on me. I'm sure I'll go back a few times. I found some new skin designers that I'm going to keep a watchful eye. I also couldn't decided on what to buy. I did have a limit though and I tried to keep to it.

50% of the rental revenues will be donated to Care. Care is an AID's Organization. I couldn't be happier to spend some money on a cause so great. Care is currently seeking donations to help those suffering hunger in Africa due to economic crisis. There are more than 45 wonderful skin designers at this fair. They said that the Skin Designers would be showing off their new lines of skins but I seen some old lines too. I want to Thank Nadja Baxter and Anyusha Lilienthal for setting up these wonderful sim. It looked beautiful and the layout was very simple to follow. I'm disappointed in the fact that my shape face didn't look good on most of the skins there. My lips are big so that means some skins are overly stretched in the lip department, some lips looked really dryed out on me because they're so huge. I always say skins dont make you, your shape does. I would never change my shape just because a skin didnt look right. So here's a few of the skins that I really liked on my Avatar.

A Selective Few:
Pluse and Beauty Couture Skins. I love Pluses' line. Something about this skin really stood out to me. I picked this tone because I felt the other one was a tad over exposed. I enjoy the realistic feel of it, the freckles on the face are devine. I makes me feel unique and really different. The tone is a tad off, I look a little undead but I still love it. The lips are pale and skin toned. The make up is very well detailed and highlight in all the right places. For 1200L you too can have this skin. That's the only thing I didn't like about this skin was the price. Honestly, I do have a full body shot that I should have shared. The body detail is amazing. If you like that rock hard abs, perfectly craved cleavage this is your skin. DETAIL DETAIL AND DETAIL for Pluse! Hi5. Next is a little less detailed skin. Beauty Coutures' ZETA. I liked the eyebrows. That's my favorite part of her skin. I love the eyeshadow on the two skins shown below. The nostril holes are a tad overly shaded but I can get over it. I feel like Malibu barbie in his skin for some reason.

Gala never seems to leave me disappointed. I know this skin can be overrated but it's the fact that her skins are charming, adorable, sweet and simple. Her detail on the body is pretty much perfect because it's not overly done. It's tastefully realistic and virtual. I love wear Curio in Second Life because it seems to suit my surroundings. I bought the whole pack for 3000L. Which half of that will be going to Care. *SMILES*. We've all seen a Curio skin, no need to rant and rave about it. Here are my fav's from her pack. Good Evening,
I got my avatar dressed up based on this event. Yes, because I couldn't be there in personal (lack of a sitter). I dressed up my AV and sat her on the couch. While Hayden and I watched on. I wore a beautiful sequins jacket by So Many Styles. I was going with a black and white theme. I found this jacket through 50L Fridays.
I have to say because of that friday sale I find a lot of new designers and fall deeply in love with their creations. So for all the haters out there, bashing 50L Friday. Whatever your problem is with it, seriously... Stop looking at the blogs, forums, then you wont see it. 50L Friday is awesome and it's a chance for newbies, people who love to shop, and those who don't purchase large amounts of lindens to get their spree on. I totally agree with 50L friday and I myself would love to join the list. I encourage designers to do fun sales.

A wonderful designer, Bella Bombast; dropped off a few of her items to me. Her stores name is UZURI. I checked out her clothing first and feel in love with her Harem Pants. I know you've seen many of these kinds of pants but the fact that her prims aren't crazy blugdy and they fit oh so well to my avatars body, is a definite plus. It also comes in black so if you'd rather have black there you are. I wore my Crop Top because cropped is sexy. I needed to be a little naughty with this outfit seeing how I'm wearing baggy pants and a blazer. I wore Fashionably Dead's necklace. Tiny Crosses. I love the metal look, the bundle of chains and the length. Toast, you're amazing. Shoes are by Telsa, they're my sexy heels. The new Null bag is my add on. I have to admit, I'm not really a bag girl but I'd wear this all the time. I love how it's a satchel like shape. I love the textures that come with the bag, options is key. There's tan, white, calf skin and crocodile. For hair I picked Boon's DKX456 hair. The simplicity of it was beautiful, the shape and the texture. I love the straight cut bangs and the prim work they did on it to make it look realistic and not like a perfect cut out. To Bring colour to the picture but still have my theme going (just a touch). I wore Maitreya's sculpted socks. I love the bunched sculpts for socks. I love how she made it stirrup style.

On a personal note,
I felt like looking pretty tonight. My boyfriend is in Winnipeg, Manitoba right now for an award show. Aboriginal People's Choice Awards. He was nominated for Single Of The Year. Which he did not win. We have a few speculations as to why he didn't win. One, it wasn't his time. Two, Manitoba's Music industry for Aboriginal people is so small that when they Host Award shows or air play on the radio or host showcase events; they want to keep it in the family. Using the word Family I mean; Manitobians. Ferl, my boyfriend (baby daddy) is from Ontario. Feeling me? Last year he won a show case award for the NCI Jam. He sang his own original song that he wrote for his people. An encouraging song that speaks about the way his people use to be and who they are today because of substance abuse, drug abuse, unprotected sex, and suicide. It was a powerful song and one that gave him the recognition he has today. Ferl is a proud man. He also is a warrior himself. I felt totally bummed and floored that he didn't win. Not because I am his girlfriend because that song itself out of the all the songs what were picked for that category didn't even come close. Perhaps it's because Angus didn't have a studio quality song (He recorded it on my Mac), maybe it was because we didn't get enough votes, or maybe it's because he is just starting. If the reason is because he is from Ontario, I want to say FUCK YOU MANITOBA. Thank you very much. I think it's wrong to subject people to their location. To promote selective artists based on their location. I know from my own observation that Winnipeg has treated him as an outsider and that's not right. I hope in the future; just like the man said "we can come together and break down the walls together." "Stand as one" and "Brother and Sisters". Better luck next time my love.

Earthy Lady

I'm not sure why I feel so... earthy today but I'm in green IRL and SL. I've been quite the plurk addict again. Plurking random bits, every two seconds. It's a bad addiction and it gets annoying after a while. I guess when I say annoying I mean I annoy others. I can't stop plurking. "Kenzie says: Oh... look, blogging" "Kenzie loves this song" Random things like that. I guess everyone does things like that on plurk but I do it a bit too much.

I woke up this morning feeling rather overly tired. I cleaned the house, took out the trash and drank three cups of coffee. I drank them one after the other. Now I'm burning out and that's my limit for the day. I stop drinking coffee after 12pm. I find that if I keep going past 12pm I stay up late. Till 5am late. Now I'm sitting here. Feeling earthy. Isn't that funny? I think so HEHEH! <<< chuckles. Oh my silliness.

When I started getting dressed I based it around my new sweater. It's called Insight Grungy Tunic. I picked the Tan colour for today. They're so comfy looking and warm. I love them. They have sculpted sleeves that make you want to nuzzle your nose in it, just in case your nose is chilly, right? I threw my Afrika Leggings on because of the print. The tribal print is super cute. Then I wore KOA's boots; Suede Fringe Boots. Fringe is in and maybe that's because we're exploring the 80's with a modern twist. I love the 80's era for fashion. 60's as well. I couldn't stop myself from resisting the 50L sale. I went to all the locations and I'm wearing Magika's hair. Star in green. It came in a pack of pink blue purple and green. I love the wispy back and the cute side bangs. She's a wonderful prim hair stylist. I also found this bag the other day which is for sale in support to stop the spread of AIDS/HIV. Also to spread the word of discrimination against people with AIDS/HIV.
They're still human so who are we to treat someone with disrespect because they have been infected? Ever see the movie "Blindness" The whole world goes blind from some kind of airborne disease. I loved the meaning behind the movie. It took away social status, financial status and power status. Those who we're on top of the world, those who we're wealthy and could buy any kind of medical care and those who were just middle class; we're all subjected to a brutal kind of treatment. Instead of finding hope and care for this infection, they were thrown into a building and left to rot. Everyone had to fend for themselves and fight to survive. People treated them as if they were already dead. They weren't and because the virus was air borne they wouldn't go near them, they wouldn't touch them and they wouldn't help them. Just stuck them in a building and forgot about them. Escape the panic by hiding the fear? right? In the end one by one (just like how they got it) they all began to see again. It's a great movie, a little disturbing but the meaning is what made me love the movie. Fight to survive, never give up, never die trying. Respect people, treat everyone equal and it's inhuman to lock people up because they're sick and let them rot because we're (the people, the civilians) are afraid, fear sickened. ANYWAYS enough of that stuff!

Kenzie's Findings At Winterstock

Thanks to Ewan and Antie for doing a great job on this wonderful sim!
Winterstock was fun and full of lag. What I enjoyed most about this sim was the Christmas feeling. It totally got me into the Christmas spirit of November. I want to put up my dress, bust out the stockings and start working on a beautiful Christmas Dinner Menu. I am a totally Holiday Babe. Now that I have a daughter Holidays are much more fun and exciting. I've been quiet the humbug these past years but now that Hayden is here, I just can't help myself but get excited. I always get her dressed to the nines and we always match. She's my darling doll, but it has it's downside. For instance; this Halloween was bad for her. We were hit with a terrible flu. She was feeling really down and out. Snotty nose, crazy hair, cranky tude. As for me, I was chipper than shit. I was up bright and adam screaming around "TRICK OR TREAT" ... "SMELL MY FEET". When Hayden finally woke up I was saying over and over "Hayden, say; 'TRICK OR TREEAAAT' And she gave me this look like, Mother... Give my damn Tylenol and let me sleep. It was bad, I felt horrible because she couldn't enjoy the day. I still tried to take her out but it was just not going to happen. Hopefully this Christmas we have better result.

The topic on hand though is about Winterstock. I had tons of fun trying to cut through the lag. There was some really great stores there. Artilleri, Tiny Bird, Reek, Surf Co., Simone, etc.
It's a great event and no one should miss it. Takamura Keiko sang some wonderful songs, my favorites by Incubus. She has a wonderful voice and I thank her for sharing her music. I had a great time shopping and listening to her voice.

I found these sweaters at Artilleri and I have to blog them because now I am on the search for some great Christmas sweaters IRL for Hayden and I. I think they're adorable and hilarious. I guess because I always think of Diary of Bridget Jones, when she meets her boyfriend at the party and they're both wear haggard sweaters. These aren't ugly though. These sweaters are tres tres cute! I love the knited look on them. Antie did a great job with that. The bold pattern around the upper part of this sweater is what makes it. Antie also released a freebie. Which I got as well. It's the one that doesn't match the other two three sweater up there. I hope you stop by Winterstock and have your own Christmas fun.

Whenever I go out IRL I always have to wear three things. Those three things I believe are in the now. The now, trendy, sexy, cool and of course my own twist of things. I'm not big on accessories but we all know accessories are key to an outfit. This new item to our second life trends is Aoharu's new leather jacket. Short Riders Jacket is the exact name. I seen it last night and I had a little get together to go on second life. I didn't want to get overly worked up, but with this jacket you just cannot buy it and not feel the need to be overly dressed. Perhaps the jacket itself is over the top but it's amazing. I love the little studs, the metal buttons, the sculpted chain on the shoulder. machang Pichot really out does herself. I bought the jacket with the intentions of looking trashy rocker chick. I turned out looking L.A Hollywood teen girl. If this was IRL I would probably sport my braided leather band, which I wear all the time but I couldn't find on in sl. That's my request to some designer. Make a braided leather band PLEASE. With this outfit I added a simple dress because like I said the jacket is pretty over the top. I went with Armidi's Satin Mini. I love the simplicity of this dress. It looks comfortable but leaves you feeling classy and very sexy. I love rain boots (rubbers, duckies) irl. I don't have a pair yet but I will be ordering a pair of black hunters soon. I wore Urban Bomb Unit's black pirate hooker boots. That's what I call them. They're rain boots with an awesome pirate theme tattoo look. Like Ed Hardy, but better. I think Ed Hardy's work can be a tad overrated but there's nothing better like a Tattoo theme/look when you're wearing a leather jacket. I also work yumyum hair. It has this feel of rocker chick drapery, unbrushed and unwashed look. Vintage's glasses are always the best to wear. I mean I could have worn something different seeing how I sport these glasses all the time. They are my favorite though. I can't pass them up every time I try to find something cute to wear. The jacket itself had so much added on I thought it wasn't necessary to add earrings, necklace, or bracelets.

Big coat meet tiny jumper!

I love this look. I found this hair at Yumyum. I rather love the little bob look. It's adorable. Dora ain't got shit on me. I have been shopping quiet a bit today. My newness are the boots from J's. They're vintage looking and very classy. They remind me of something from the Sound of Music. I don't know what kind of look I was going for but I based it round these shoes. I kept the colours in Khaki/Beige/Brown tones. Plus the little extra colours that I added we're still in the same family. Orange, Red and green. I wanted it to be warm and comfy looking. I always do. I went with the beautifully done fishnets by Blow Pop. Love love love the seam line up the back of the stockings. The dress/jumper is actually a baby doll by Dazzle. It's my something old and was once lost but found. It's a beautiful dress and it has that Russian doll theme pattern on it. I love that scheme. The little pattern on the dress was my something bold and something trendy. I just took off the skirt prim to wear the jacket with the dress. The dress ended up looking like a jumper with out the skirt prim. It was all accidental but I love it.With all the warm tones we needed something to break it up and this dress did it. Dazzle was an amazing store and I miss their creations dearly. They had the best baby dolls in second life.

Today I am all about simplicity. There isn't enough of that these days. Everything in the world and my life just seems so complicated or hectic. Whatever happened to waking up with a cup of Joe, reading the newspaper and listening to the wonderful sounds of the morning. Never in my household. We get phone calls of crazed mothers, people who are stressed over their children's birthday parties, friends with crazy boyfriends and bill collectors. Then we go to bed with the same ole drama and dramatic television shows. I need to refresh myself from this drama irl and sl. That's why we're keeping my outfits for today SIMPLE.

JUST SIMPLE! There's not need for bold colours, crazy accessories and lavish hair styles! We're just keeping it real. I also want to apologize to my readers because of my absence. My boyfriends family has been the target for bad karma and bad luck. We had a death in the family, sick family members to care for, and lots of drama. Hayden and I were hit with the flu as well. It was the worst cold I've gotten since high-school. I am sorry I couldn't keep up with my posts or outfits! I'm back and feeling better!

Lets talk about clothes and enough with bullshit. Shall we? We shall.

Here's outfit number one!

For outfit number one you could say my inspiration for it was nothing but these boots. They are new but the maker is old. Let's give a great warm welcoming back to the great and wonderful Lost Thereian. He isn't new to my raving of great designers because let's face it. He was the first and the best of second life fashion designers. Lost is still holding his title of one of the great designers in second life with his new items and store to the Naughty Sim. Let me say the store is very simple and cute. It isn't one of the first time's he kept it low key but the detail he has in the store is what makes it warm and cozy. It has the realistic feel with the shadow mapping and sculpted items. The racks have wheels, baseboards look impeccable, the sculpted pieces he used to make his new line of jeans hang over the sides of the table was also a cool finding. Those things aren't for sale but what are for sale that is worth buying forsure (because it's a great find and wonderfully done) are his boots! They're called Moccasins - Tan. I'm wearing his ankle version. I thought I would wear the ankle boots rather than his tall because they've been blogged many times already. I love ankle boots right now too. If you've ever had a pair of Moccasins irl you know you cannot miss out on getting your Avatar a pair in second life. Moccasins are the heaven for your feet, I love the way Lost put the time and effort into his detailing of the stitching around the base of the boot. It not only has a realistic flare to it, it looks like it suits second life. Not overly realistic but still a virtual reminder. You know what I mean? With the boots I thought well, what would keep these boots in line? Hmm suede meets denim? always a good match. I wore AOHARU's beautiful Denim/Plaid vintage looking jacket piece. I love the sculpts on this jacket and it again looks wonderful with the boots because of the plaid. My jeans are by myself, I usual never blog my own clothing but every now and then I can't help it. I enjoy these jeans because they're really bad ass with the rips. I'm not going to praise about my jeans because I really doubt my clothing. Anyways, the shirt underneath the jacket is by Riq Graves of Reek. I love the Beatles so I needed something rocker/vintage to keep my look, I went with his tee-shirt that I won through his freebie board! Thanks Riq!! Karamia has gone HAIRSTYLIST EXTRAORDINAIRE. She really did a wonderful job with this hair. I'm so in love with it's little curls that wrap around my girls skull. It's great, the pieces fit very really with each other. Like a jigsaw puzzle that has been completed in a sense. I love the textures she used. Kara is really big on short hairstyles so I think that's what we will be seeing in the future from her. I'm not sure when she will be releasing this hairstyle but I do know she is going too sooner or later. I'm very excited for her. This hair falls into my something new and exciting category!

Outfit Number Two!

What can I say about outfit number two that I haven't really said in outfit number one. I guess I felt the need for this look to be simple too. I went with a comfy shirt which is by no other than Sugarcube, Sayuri. She's a wonderful lady and I love her dearly. She's just so sweet and cute! Her turtle neck was tastefully done. I love how it's short, like a midriff but still casual and conventional. You can wear it and it makes you look sexy but you're not trying to be sexy? catch my drift? I picked the colour brown because it's one of my favorite colours. She has many other colours that you can decided which looks best on you. But brown is a friend of mine. It never lets me down. I went a longer hairstyle, by truth. I think it's a simple sweet look to it. And that's that, for this outfit.

Outfit Number Three!

For outfit number three I went with my light coloured jeans. I wanted to change up the washes but not the style. Again, I love the bad ass look of the rips. I went with Surf Co's Kettle Corn Cardigan. What can I say about Emma, she has this wonderful style. It's real but it's really trendy at the same time. If there was a Abercrombie of Second Life it would be Ms. Gilmour! She's always keeping it to the collared, preppy look. She's always had the bright bold colours but she also keeps it in the fall/neutral tones. You have a wonderful selection of colours to choose from in this shirt. Back again to Kara's hair! In a different colour though.

I seen everyones Halloween outfits. This is mine. I'm keeping my post short today because I did a lot of on the computer today. My hands are pretty tired. What I have for you today is this. A beautiful dress by BOOM, Tamed. I adore the back scoop lining of the dress. It's very sexy and if you've ever seen Factory Girl, Edie wears a dress to the club before she meets Bob Dylan. My favorite scene. I love love love dresses like that because of that movie and because of Edie. I bought the dress in a few other colours. It was hard to choose a colour or a "few" colours because Anya's colour selection is MASSIVE. She made tons of colours.
The boots are from COCO. They're new and beautiful. My friend Stein and I had a good conversation about these kind of boots. If you're like us in Secondlife, who made your av the same height as you irl, you know that we don't like to wear massive heels because than we tower over other people. I myself irl and sl do not like to wear heels that are too high up. I wear them sometimes for special occasions. I mostly stick to flats, sneakers and high tops though. I love these boots because they're high up the calf and they're smoking hot. Leather is sex. Sex is leather/vinyl/PVC. See what I mean. Wow, I'm a Dr. Seuss today. The boots are wonderful shaded and textured. I hope you pick a pair up. They come in two colours. The rolled cuff top is either black or orange. Your choice.
The neckline was so... far up on the dress that I couldn't sport some jewelry besides bangles or bracelets. I wore a scarf. I love scarves. I wear them all year around and they never get old. Plus their like your security blanket. You can cover your face when you're blushing, cough in it, or nuzzle. You can pick up your own from The Dogs.
The bag is to accessorize me arms. The beautiful brown handbag by Barerose, can never go wrong with that. Then we have my leggings that I spent ALL DAY making. I love the tribal print and I can't stop wearing them. I had to put them together with this piece.

Here we are. I am doing a timeline of my Second Life appearance. It all started back in 2004. The hit skins back then was Starley! Owner of ! Celestial Studios. I was one of the many many many girls in Second life who sported the none finished body(Actually the sl's default body was the skin we used and she posted a head skin texture). The wonderful face was the only thing we paid for. Skin back then were only 250L each makeup. Even now it seems like they were still expensive. I was just a young 16 year old girl who came to second life with her friends. I had no credit card, no business and I sure as hell was not interested in the blue and pink balls that floated around in the clubs of Second Life. In fact. I had a family, they took very good care of me and treated me much like a real life family. On to the next era of my second life shall we? A wonderful man decided to top Starley Thereian. His name was Lost Thereian. I've actually had the pleasure of friending him a few times, but like all great designers (They go off into their skyboxes and never come out). We stopped talking shortly after his store became a great success. His skin brought something new, something different. Instead of using LL's great slider skins, Lost brought pasty white or really dark ebony skins with Gothic makeup. Being the child that I was, I was more drawn to the emo scene. I bought out his whole store, his hair which was the talk of the town, his clothes, the beautiful evanescence style clothing. I loved Lost Thereian. Everyday I would go to his store and wait for him to release something, or at least just camp out at midnight city. The next era was Munchflower, owner of *Nomine*. I'm not sure who was the first to come out with the full body skins back then. I found her store and dropped down to the floor with so much excitment. That's when I really needed to fuel my shopping happens, leading to my store Lixz Wear. I started buying out her store, begging for customs every week. I have about four done by her and if you all remember. Her skins were not cheap. They were around 1000L each and 4000L for a custom. She was the greatest and most sweetest skin maker I had ever met. Then next came Chip Midnight. We use to hang around the Midnight City Crew a lot and they all had Chip Midnight skins. So being the teeny I was, I had to follow them because I looked up to those girls. I bought my very first custom for 5000L. It was wonderful! He even put the tattoos that I wanted on them. Back then we bought tattoos on textures. So it was quiet easy for him. (See how unreal secondlife was before. It was peaceful, where tattoo makers gave out textures full perm) Now the whole second life skin designers decided to up their prices because they now fully grasped the concept of "To Make a Great Skin" Photo sourcing. Gala of Curio, Lost Thereian and his first hair based skins, the list goes on and on! Until a very small white shop I found was sitting in Miramare. Who could it be?? The great, the wonderful NYLON!! When I saw her heart painted logo, her well detailed hand-drawn clothing. The simplicty of her store (Which it really was, four white walls and hearts hanging down from the ceiling) I creamed. It was all about denim jeans and layered tank tops, blazers and knitted cardigans. It was my style irl and it was finally here in second life. Forget the gothic zipper pants, forget the skanky club clothes and FOR SURE forget PHOTOSOURCED CLOTHING! Nylon reinvented second life fashion and she didn't just do it once, she did it twice. Everyone started up this "Hand-drawn Only" clothing stores, blogs, and avatars. People started shying away from photosourced jeans, tee's and shirts. People wanted the uneven seam lines, the heavy water coloured looking tee shirt, the amazing hand drawn denim jeans! They went crazy and I went crazy. I bought out all of her skins the first day, my friends begging to know where I got them from, I personally IM'd her and thanked her for being the best in second life. She may not remember, but I do! Then there was lovely darling and ambys skins, garbage of Random Industries, Karamia. TOAST BARD! Her skins are to die for, I love the beauty marks, the blotchy freckles, the soft lines but harsh coloured eyeshadow. Then there was Minnu skins, and back to Lost thereians. THEN some other peoples skins... The list is endless but that is my second life timeline. Now everyone can see that my shape, my skins... are always changing.

Hey there. If you haven't seen Dutch Touches new advertisements for her new skins, take a look at mine! I love love her new line called River. What I love most about them. Her Coffee skin tones are to die for. If there are ethnic ladies out there who hate SL's coloured skin tones here is the one. If you remember Lost Thereians' Skin tones, or LAQs' here's Dutch Touch! Totally amazing and wonderfully made ebony skin tones. It's not overly bronzed around the faces highlighted area, its not overly dark in general and it's beautiful sculpted. I love the natural tummy she drew. The options for a bigger bust or just a natural cleavage area. She really did a wonderful job and for years I have been bitching that I cannot find a beautiful black gals skin! Now I have one, I wont ever forget to check out her new line of make ups! This skin is truly worth 1000L. The eyeshadow is on par, the lips are beautiful, glossy and kissable. The even skin around the face makes me feel completely perfect from head to toe. I give Dutch Touch a standing obviation for her wonderful work! Bravo !!

It's all about Emery!

Today I seen the new releases by Emery. I was so in love with the amazing styles they had. This store (Emery), constantly keep me going. Honestly. It's not about the High Fashion/Couture clothing. I would say it's a higher end line but it's style modern, casual and playful. It has that trendy feeling, but it's not all about the shoulder pads and frills. Emery is a today, the now and the hip store. It's a wonderful place if you're looking for something chic but still "not over the top" look. I find that when I go into Emery I can buy out the whole store and wear it with what I already have in my inventory. Though this finding is all about the new. You could go home and wear the Thriller shirt with some cut off shorts, Capri or just some good old fashion denim jeans. The leggings give me that "don't mess with me" look. Which is what I'm into right now, the rocker/banger chick. I enjoy a good white trash look every now and then and that's what I'm into. I added the wonderful new release by Lamb! I love lamb so much. Her hair textures, the prim work and the add ons (Hats, feathers, headbands) always are so cute. She really brought something different to the table. Even if it's a simple ponytail. The way she made the bangs drape, or the cute curl of the locks of hair at the end. She always has this extra something that makes her different from all the other hair creators. I brought in something old from another great designer. Noam of Gritty Kitty. He made this bag months ago but I still rock it like it came out today. I love the owl. I love the boho knitted look and the pins make it college/indie chic. The glasses I am wearing are by Vintage Wear. I'm pretty sure they're my new glasses that I shall wear all the time, I have glasses irl so I wear glasses in second life. It's my thing. I wore Emery's skirt because the double zippers on the sides of the skirt make you scream because you just cant pass on them. They're truly unique, never seen anything like this before in second life. I wore Maitreya's new shoes. Toe-Cap in white. I find these kind of shoes to be truly adorable. The Al Capone, gangster style shoes.Don Vito Corleone's truly a sexy man. Even if he's old and his has some serious jowls.

SKIN FAIR REVIEW

I wasn't sure If I should post something about the skin fair and all the wonderful skins I purchased. I guess I think that way because I have seen a lot of posts so far. Anyways who cares right? Here's my review. The Kenzie Craven from Lost and Found blog!!

I feel to the tiled floor and quickly made my way to Curio's booth. I love her vixen II pack. I found the other pack (Breeze II) to be too soft for my liking. I have April in petal and sundust; I never wear those skins because they're too soft looking. My general taste though. I loved the pack so much that I bought the fatpack. I love all the make ups I just took the picture of two skins. Comet and Gunmetal. The rest of the body we are all familiar with. The beautiful detailed curves of a womens body, the sexy collar bone shading! We all love Curio! The next skin I feel in love with is milk motion. I really really love the fact that she did something different and added a little creative bit to her skins. The teeth version of tired is my favorite. I love it so much even though a few of my friends have been giving me slack about it. I love it! I've never had buck teeth so on SL I shall have my beavers! GO CANADIAN BEAVER wooo! It's adorable! I'm so happy she made the teeth version. Even though that's not a very good remark about her new skins. I love it! I'm sure alot of other gals out there are drooling over it too. Next we have Tuli. I've never really been a fan of her work until now. I love the Bella skins. The detail is wonderful and realistic. That's a good plus in my book. I love the hard lines around the lips and the crease in the eyes. The freckles are wonderful. Not to blotchy. It looks natural. Which is the skin I'm wearing. Bella natural in sunkissed!

A BALLERINA!

When I was a younging that's what I wanted to be; A professional ballerina! I wanted to wear the point shoes and dance on my toes from left to right, doing the hops, skips and jumps! Then perhaps one day the wonderful man in white tights with the huge bulged would whisk me into the air and I would look like a beautiful swan. I was an ugly duckling as a kid, maybe that's why I wanted to be a dancer? I'm not sure but the grace in beauty that comes in ballet I did not have. I was more of a jazz dancer. I had no grace or smooth motions. I quit at the end of that lesson because it was so slow and the teach was way to strick. Now I pretend every now and then that I am a ballerina on Second Life. See! -Points to picture-. The hair I went for was a neat ponytail updo? by fri.day. I love the colour which was in the brown packs. It is called cranky. The pony does a very pretty flip upwards and pins at the top of your head but has this pretty swan neck looking curve to the strands of hair in the ponytail. The whole outfit is by barerose and only cost me 130L! For 130L you get the whole outfit but it also comes in white! I love barerose, she's amazing with prims and textures yet her clothes are so affordable! A true designer for sure.

Runaway

Some days I do feel like being a runaway, don't you? We all do I suppose, in our fantasy lives of second life? Today was a very busy day for me. My cousins little daughter came over, her name is Tauren. She was such a little cutie. Hayden had tons of fun with her. It was interesting to watch my daughter try and teach this little baby how to do things. Such as jumping in the jolly jumper, playing with her piano and laughing. The funniest thing was watching my little girl act like she was the same size and age as the baby. She kept lying down on the gym mat and hitting the toys. It amazed us because our daughter never ever plays with her toys. She has tons but she refuses. Once the Tauren started playing with her old toys she was trying to take control. It was a very cute and interesting day.

About my outfit... well Its based on a grungy runaway look. I went with the new Aoharu jackets. I love the plaid undershirts that she made with them. I find them to be perfect for the season we are in now and the fashion trends of today. My old findings are the boots from Telsa even though they are only a few months old and my bag that I got at Easter. It's by barerose. I went for a fun but still chic looking hairstyle by truth which is somewhat new. The shirt is by emery and I love the style. It's casual but so rocker. The rocker look/grungy look is back and I love it because I am a punk rocker girl. Don't be surprised if we all see denim on denim in the months to come.

I'm back, Welcome Back

My vacation was a dream. I over spent and now the bill collectors are calling. My daughter was a princess, now she is a brat (thanks to my dad). My car rental was 2 grand. My truck broke down. Everything is the way it should be. Back to real life as the say it, correct? My "I'm back" outfit is fun, cute and totally me. It's loud but still trendy. When I was younger in high school I remember "layering" was a really big hit and I'm sure it still is. That's what I went for with this look. As many layers as I could in one outfit. I'm wearing Luck Inc's cute short mini dress that is called "Naught dress dottiehs" and underneath it Nylon Outfitters East Coast Love tee. I sported the white crisp tee look but with nylons smooth fashion sense it's not so crisp. It's more boho/grunge. I love the holes by the collar bone and belly. This is an old classic favorite, something totally old but will forever be consider a hot new trend. The leggings are by Ohmai! I love her little store and her clothing. Everything is perfect and so cute must haves on every inch of her wall of the store. The leggings are a somewhat sheer knitted fabric that is amazing for this time of the year. For us in Canada it's sometimes cold on one day the next is so hot. Or it's cold in the morning and blazing hot in the afternoon. In this outfit it suited my climate. The leggings keep my legs warm, but are still open for a nice breeze to cool me off. Leggings are perfect for that "Not to cold, Not to hot" look. Still looking like a lady but skin tight to keep the imagination flowing! The hot boots are by Milk Motion and man, I've been looking for kick ass boots like these irl!!

A long time ago I feel in love with Fade Dana. Her stuff was like my crack and I was sketched out for so long. I fell upon her Post-Apocolypse store many moons ago.I met her through Krius Misfit. I was a still in my goth/cyber punk stage. Everything in her store reminded me of Tank girl. The hats were insane and the clothing was perfect. NINE NINE NINE!!! OH YES YES YES is how I describe her store back then. She's great with prims and textures. Now she moved on up and made her hats with scuptlies. It's amazing, the detail is perfect the textures are so well done that it's just the right type of realistic textures you need on your av. I picked up this dress from luck Inc. I was digging it because it has a peek-a-bum :D That's what I call it because it dips really low and reveals your tush! Or at least your crack :P Then I put on some stockings from WWI and some nice face kicking boots. Added cuffs from refuge and called it a day. I feel bad ass/pretty punk girl. I am a spunky girl in rl. So yes, I can rock this via SL!!! I've been really tired, Kimberly has been... MIA for a while now. So I guess I'm going to be doing the blog on my own? I'm not to sure what she's been doing so. I also will be going out of town very soon for I believe 2 weeks. We're driving out west for a family vacation! So Ill keep you all posted. Cheers

Feeling different with the combination of old and new

I’ve been feeling rather different lately. Not sure what it is all about, my feelings to go... south of my fashion ways. I guess that is what I love the most about Second Life. One day I could be uber cute with my soft pastel colours and rainbow attachments of love. The next day I could dress up as a pretty chic classy bitch with a French beret. The following day I could be a damn gothic vampire with blood dripping from my purdy lips! OR a high fashionista with huge Coco Channel bag! It’s a world of possibilities and it is all so endless. The fashion on Second Life is something that I love and is so versatile. There are many people out there with different styles of fashion, their own twists on the genres of fashion and many different creative designers to feed our addiction.

My outfit that I am wearing today I have been wearing for three days now. I don’t know why but I love it. I’ve been pretty busy too for the past week, I’ve been in and out of the house, so sorrey (yes, I meant to spell sorry like that). It’s a bit on the cyber punk/gothic queen. I love love plastik. The way she makes her clothing so out there and still has a normal vibe. I mean a few of her outfits in there I would wear everyday in second life. There was a denim romper style outfit, I’m sure it comes with a skirt base instead of shorts. It’s got different styles of paint splatter and some with rips. It’s a dream to be in her store. If you love ghetto fab, you can put some bling accessories on and you’re set. If you indie chic, you just need a nap-sack with big oversized shades and some sneaks! And you’re set. Her clothing is well detailed and priced accordingly to her designs. Plastik is like a breath of fresh air in the Second Life Fashion industry. The hair I am wearing is from Fri.day. I want to say what an adorable name for a store and I love their hair. There clothes are pretty bleek but for hair! ZOMG. The prim work and the textures are awesome! I’m wearing Deena which you all should know seeing how it’s been everywhere on all the fashion blogs. The undershirt is very very old. I bought it back in my vampire days. It’s by asylum and it’s called “Danger Strip Shirt”. I love it, great for all you role-players out there. My leggings and socks are both old releases from BF and Canimal! The boots! OH GOD THE BOOTS. The boots are super expensive but they are my favourite boots for any time of genre. The sculpties on these boots are incredible. They’re both realistic and appealing to the virtual mind. I love them so much, they were around 500L.

We're in the League

What am I blogging today? League's new skin. A friend of mine, Olivia, had told me a while back about these new skins. She said they're were just like the Misty skins but in a paler skin tone. I love pale, I love love love pale skin tones. I don't know why but since I've been playing second life I have always strayed away from dark tones. Maybe it is because I am into emo/vampire style make up and influences. The new league skins are to die for. I have heard a few people complain that the skins are not pale enough or the are not as good as the last version (tan). I feel that they are all wrong. There is a place where you're ghostly white and sun burnt. I feel that the league pale skins are at the right post for pale/light toned. I feel that the detail and the brows really make up for the not pale enough. I've tried curios moonbeam skins. Loved them for two days because they were so white. Then when ever I went some place where they had too much local lighting. My avatar always looked washed out because of her skin tone. The tattoo's would pop, but because moonbeam was a rare tone some of my tattoo's wouldn't look right because they had a skin tone of tan or pale. It's hard to blend a pale skin tone into a white skin. I enjoy this tone very much, it makes me feel pretty and able to pull off a medieval/vampire look if I wanted too. Leagues Emo makeup would set that theme very nicely; which I am wearing in the full body picture. I am showing six different makeups.

My Favorites: Emo Dark, Natural Dark, and Smoky Turquoise. The rest are all beautiful but I am stunned by those three. I shall wear them everyday, one for every three days. I love the lips on her skins. The way they look pouty and kissable with all that gloss. The way how she defines your upper lip crease to make it look so realistic. I hate my lips irl because they don't that definition.
As always league gives you hear two options. Hair and bald. Normal looking breasts, close playboy looking breast. I enjoy both just not the playboy boobs. To have that option though with the breasts is awesome. When I'm wearing a corest or a bra I do wear those style of skins. It makes my boobs look like they're stolen from Victoria Secrets Catalogue. Hairbase is a must. I think all skin creators should really start making hairbases for their skins. I love it when I have a receiving hairline and my av is only 21. LAWLZ.

Life's a beach

Kenzie and I decided to beach it up today! We live on a beach and we don't spend nearly enough time kicking back and soaking it up, so this gave us the perfect oppurtuinity to show off what we had hidden in our inventories. We kept it pretty low maintenance, an easy look to achieve without spending oodles of money, but staying stylish at the same time. Here's what we put together:

First look

(left)On Kenzie: She went with a one piece Armidi suit with cut out sides and a low V neck to accentuate and show off the bust. The heart chain by NO and the bag by creamshop is the icing on the cake to this look, adding a lot of elegance and sophistication. Throw on a pair of sunglasses and you're good to go.

(Left)On Kenzie: The gold bikini top by Aoharu just makes this outfit pop! So glamorous yet so simple at the same time, I love it. The cut off jean shorts by League are perfect for the beach, with the pockets hanging slightly lower than the leg gives it that flirty daisy duke look. The hair she chose is short and sassy, and (to me) has that whole Yulia Volkova sex appeal. The cute pocahontas sandals by Milk Motion and long cross necklace by FD make this fun outfit complete.

(Right)On me: I went with the whole spunky "hot momma" look, With my hot pink tube top all the way down to my hot pink flip flops. I spunked it up with a pair of denim shorts by Babyhoney Bailey to accent the tube top and thought the bikini bottom that peeks up from the shorts meshed well. I think by adding the hemp bag that it went with the flower patch on the shorts to give it a touch of the whole "hippie beach bum" look.

Somethings Old but mostly New: Back In Black

Today the outfit Kim and I are wearing was inspired by no other than AC DC. I'm a big fan of them and was rocking out to "Back in Black". I decided to bust out an outfit that I normally don't wear in Second Life. It's black of course, with some other add-ons. Let's just say I was trying to be badass. Kim of course like we always do try to match each other (it's a bestfriend thing). It took her awhile to dig up the goods but in the end we both looked vavavoom.

For Kenzie: I went with the whole ultra chic tank girl just more covered and less colourful. I busted out the old faithful leggings by Milk Motion. I made some IRL because of these leggings. I saw them on rihanna at TMZ. I died because she looked killer in them. Once I say that Milk Motion made them I said aww hell with it, I'll just cut some up myself! I did too, love them!! I wentwith thimbles tank top without a tube top underneath. I love the way it grapes over my chest and the sides are open. Totally boobline show-age but still, looks good right? Like I've said before it's key to leave something to the imagination. Look sexy but still covered? I threw on some hair, Lamb, love the braiding across the head. Then I went to acessories. Well, if you know how to dress, everything is always about the accessories. They can make or break you. Hopefully I didnt go over the top. I went with three different bangles. One, by Kenzington Fairlight. He made them a long, long time ago. I happened to be around when he was done so he gave me them. I don't think he has a store up anymore, but if you IM him I'm sure he'll come back and make some good ole clothes again. It was a basic buckle wrap around wristband that had a buckle clasp too. It's really nice, thick and black. Not much detail though because it was back in 05. I wore Genesis's bangles because they're three in one. I love that. It also has different colour scripts in them to change it all up and look spunky and unique. Last was Armidi's Healing Zebra bangle. I love the prints on these bangles. Because my tank was high to the neckline and low on the sides it I decided not to wear any necklaces. It's for the best -smiles- Let's not forget the great Abyss's belt! What a well made sculpted belt. I love shading, the shadow around the waist band and the buckle. Beautifully designed. The UZI! YEAA YEAA! Chity chity bang bang, mofo's. I love guns, I really do. If I could have this bad boy irl I would seriously keep it unloaded and just take pictures all day with it. It's so sexy and fun to play to (in second life that, I would die with terror firing a gun. It's made by Eta Kitty! Owner of Breach! Go on down there and check out her guns :D She's amazing when it comes to textures and prim work!

She went with the same idea with me with her glasses. Avatar style by, Gudshu. The frames are silver and the lenses have the slight opacity then to clear look. It's cool when you wanna look badass with a pair of avatars. Her hair is by our goodfriend and whom we adore Aden! Tori is what its called and it gave Kim that edgy hair cut that she needed to pull off the look. Seeing how I was a black head, she went blonde; platium blonde. She wore a wonderful Bustier by Miseria! We all know how much you guys love it, but Kim also loved it! She added a softer look to her outfit with this bustier. The shading and texturizing on the top gave her a soft, womanly shape on the wrinkles on the sides. Then to come back in full blast of our bad ass rocker chick look. Kim wore her Gothic Pants, LATEX BABY! Yes Latex = Sex. I love latex/vynil/PVC. It's bondage, but it's GAGA. Every woman in second life should own a pair of latex/vynil/pvc pants. Not only are they loud and out there, they are super sexy. The highlights on the thighs and butt is not only defining but it calls for attention. So you ladies out there looking for something to wear to the clubs, or a party, latex is the way to go!
